>>How is everyone doing these days?<< the swordsman asked his former enemy as they walked side by side towards the home of the Hero. A sigh escaped her and a small smile formed on her lips. >>Bell is currently traveling Ente Isla and on a plead of Lucifer she is indeed keeping an eye out for you... like all of us. Lucifer is bored and travels between the worlds while Alciel engaged himself with Rika and swings from his search for his dear King to his beloved soon-to-be-wife-but-not-without-the-blessing-of-his-king. Chiho came trough a gate with my mother as a apology for putting her trough all of this. She was dead sad as she learnt of your absence but she found a nice farmer who is her boyfriend now.<< Emilia explained and looked at the swordsman who just smiled in respond. >>What about the Demon World?<< he asked and turned towards the Ashen-Horn. >>It is peacefull again, thanks to Lord Camio and the Pahalo clan.<< >>Again?<< >>As Lord Alciel and Lord Lucifer showed up without you the Demon World was thrown into chaos... rumors spread far and wide.<< Corazon explained calmly. >>I understand.<< the king nooded.

As they got close to a small hut outside a village you could hear the huves of horses and to horses came from another path towards it. >>It's your hut is it not?<< Corazon asked as the horses stopped at the front. >>Yes.<< Emilia nodded >>Seems like you have some visiters.<< Satan looked at her with a raised eyebrow and a sly smirk on his lips. >>Let's hurry.<< Emilia demanded and fastened her pace. From afar her eyes lit up as she recognized the pink haired girl she was just talking about some hours ago. Her boots clanked on the ground as she began to run. >>Chiho!<< she cried out the name of the girl who turned at the sound of her voice. The Demon Lord stopped dead in his tracks.
Doubt filling his heart and head. >>Sire?<< Corazon asked drawing his attention to the Demon who stopped a few metres before him. A sigh escaped his chapped lips and he massaged the bridge of his nose before he put on his best smile and walked forward, towards Chiho and Emi as well as the young well dressed man besides Emi who looked away shyly.
>>Oi. Emi haven't you forgotten something?<< he scowled with an unhappy face as he and Corazon reached the three of them. >>No.<< she answered and gave him a short glare making him furrow his brows unhappily. Chiho faced him and her eyes grew wide in sudden Realization >>May I introduce you... this is...<< Emi began but was cut of by Chiho who suddenly threw her arms around his neck while crying out his human name. >>Mr. Maou!<< She shook violently against him. >>Yeah.<< he simply responded and huged her back. >>You're alright! I was so worried!<< Chiho whispered into his ear and released herself from him. He was still taler than her but she has grown too. Her eyes met his and she smiled tears pricking her eyes. >>I'm sorry never intended to worry you all.<< he smiled at her and patted her head like he had done multiple times making her chuckle and her eyes sparkle as she looked up to him with those brown eyes of her. >>Mr. Maou...<< she began. >>Hm?<< he hummed Chiho turned pulling on the arm of the young man standing next to Emi watching the scene before him in silence. >>This is Shiro my boyfriend...<< His red eyes darted towards him and he smiled. >>Glad to hear that Chi has found someone.<< Maou said and smiled at the brown haired male. >>Ahh... yes.<< he answered extending his hand but withdrew quickly as he received a deathglare from Corazon. >>Mr. Maou who is this Demon?<< Chiho asked curiousity leaking from her voice. >>This is Corazon the son of Adramelech and next Chieftain of the Ashen-Horns.<< he finally introduced Corazon properly. >>Thank you my Lord but actually I already am the next chieftain.<< Corazon set straight. Satan nodded >>I see.<< was everything the King had to say as his red eyes drifted towards the horse all the way down to its huves and back up before he heaved a sigh and forced himself to smile. >>Corazon...<< he began in Demon tounge
>>Yes Sire?<< the Demon replied with adjusting language. >>Please contact Camio, tell him I'm alright...<< the King pleaded. Corazon bowed deeply. >>By all means Sire. But I think Lord Camio would be more reliefed to hear it from you personally.<< the Demon argued in a obedient voice. >>No. He would lock me for a life time inside the Palace.<< the King of Demons replied chuckling softly. >>Then I will take my leave. But King Satan... Please do not leave this place until I return.<< Corazon spoke in normal language and left with a quick bow. The face of the boy grew paler every second afterwards but the King just watched his surbodinate leave. >>Soo...<< he drew out the words and flashed Chiho a wicked smirk and threw an arm around her shoulder he leant in and whispered something into her ear. Chiho yelped and as she heard what the Demon said she felt the blood rush to her face and her gaze shifted downwards. >>I-I-I...<< she stammered getting reder every second. >>Hush.<< he laughed patting her head making her head scoot upwards. >>You don't have to tell me if you don't feel too conscious about it yet.<< he laughed. >>Demon King!!<< Emilia yelled gripping the sword hilt of the sacred sword. >>Don't make Chi uncomfortable or I will kill you!<< she yelled at him causing him to let go of his junior stumble back a few steps and hold his hands out in absolute defeat while grinning a sly smile. >>Idiot.<< Emi sighed while relaxing her muscles. >>So do you want to come in? Or do the two of you have something else to do?<< Emi asked and smiled kindly at them Shiros eyes widden as if he couldn't believe what was going on. >>We would love to see Ms. Yusas home.<< Chiho exclaimed excited and grabbed the arm of her boyfriend and looked at him. >>Y-yes we would love to.<< the boy agreed and stole a glance at Satan. >>Don't worry about Satan with Chiho and me here he wouldn't even dream of hurting you or any other human.<< Emilia reassured him. >>What?!<< the King exclaimed. >>Are you perhaps implying that I have grown soft?!<< he yelled puffing out his cheeks like a child... a treat he only did as a human. >>Yes.<< Emilia said and opened the door leading the way inside. >>Emi...<< he glowered while following her and the other two inside.
After showing her guests the inside she felt exhausted and stumbled, her wounds aching. >>Urgh!<< she bit back the pain. >>Emilia!<< with a cry Satan was by her side supporting her with his strong arms before one arm took away the ground beneath her legs and he lifted her upwards holding her like a husband would his wife. He walked towards the bed and laied her inside >>You Idiot! You overdid it!<< he scolded and flicked her forehead with his fingers. >>I am sorry... I just were so excited to finally meet Chihos friend...<< she admitted in a silent voice. Green eyes locked with red ones and she smiled. >>Idiot... Don't look like that...<< she whispered to him. >>Idiotic, Hero...<< he murred his gaze hardening as he flicked her forehead again. But he didn't move from her side. He sat there and looked at her. Emilia couldn't help but smile. >>You really have grown soft...<< she said into the silence. >>No!<< he disagreed immediatly pulling a angry scowl. >>Hehe... Yeah.<< the Hero laughed. >>I-I haven't grown soft! I still wish to conquer Ente Isla!<< he shouted jumping upwards making Shiro jump at his words. Emi sat up and put on a knowing smile to mock him. >>You sure? Why didn't you already did it then? Where's your intimidating Demon Form? Where's your army overruning humans?<< she locked at him. At that he shut his mouth looking to the ground his brows furrowed red eyes narrowed to small slits as he thought about it. Coming to no conclusion he sat back on the edge of Emilias bed his hair hanging over his face covering it. The Hero's victorious smile changed as she felt the air running cold around her.
