Arriving to the office, she got out of the car with her purse in her hand. She never checked her surroundings, because there were security guards in the parking lot. With a smile on her face, for no apparent reason, Melanie walked into the office. Since she had left, more flowers had popped up around the building and she couldn't help but be happy. Many of the ladies that worked here were married, so it was always nice to see married men appreciating their women even while they were at work. She bypassed everyone's office and headed to her own. She had turned off the lights earlier, so it was pitch black. Once she turned on the lights, she was in for a huge surprise.

Her office was now beautifully decorate with red and white roses. Melanie couldn't help but blush and walk over to her desk. She saw a box with a card on the top of it. The card didn't explain who it was from, but it simply said, "I hope you enjoy, beautiful." Mel smiled at the card and opened the box. It was white chocolate covered strawberries. It didn't take Corey long to find his way into his office.

"Who the hell you give it up to?" He asked in a confused manner as he looked around.

Melanie burst into laughter. The only person she had had sexual relations with lately was Jermaine. "Nobody! Do you know who did this?" Melanie asked him as she took one of the strawberries out.

Corey shook his head. "Nope. All I know was a delivery boy asked if your door could be unlocked for some flowers. One of the girls signed for it while you were away."

"Why didn't you?" Melanie questioned him. She really didn't like people in her business, but with her other career, she'd have to adjust to it sooner than later.

"Girl I am a working man," he informed her. "Nah, my food was still hot. I wanted to eat."

Melanie rolled her eyes and laid back. She admired her office with a smile on her face. "Ewww, stop blushing!" Corey told her. "Damn."

Melanie couldn't contain her laughter. "You jealous? Is that what this is? You a jealous ass man?"

"Have you seen my office? The only thing different is the custodian took my trash out." Laughter erupted from them both.

"But this is nice," Corey honestly spoke as he looked around. "Whoever went an spent this much money on you is a good man."

Melanie was confused. In her mind, flowers were cheap. She hadn't bought flowers in a long time, but she had never bought roses. Corey blinked at her and shook his head. "These red roses cost about one hundred. Those white ones are more than that. You got a whole office full. Some man dropped close to a thousand on some flowers you gone throw away."

Melanie gasped at that. She didn't have a clue who could do this besides Jermaine. Even though she had just talked to him, it was convenient that she had just told him that she was pulling up the her office.

"So who you thinking?" Corey asked her. Melanie shrugged her shoulders. "None other than Mr. Jermaine himself."

The day went pretty smoothly every child that she met with today wanted to take a flower from her, so she allowed it. Corey was right when he said that she'd throw the flowers away. But, Melanie was going to try and see if she could make them fit somewhere in her home. There were some that wouldn't make it, and she would simply leave those in the office. They made the office looked beautiful.

After stuffing her car with flowers, she called Jermaine on her Bluetooth as she drove.

"Sup?" Jermaine answered.

"Hey, can you get Ju for me?"

"Yeah. Why can't you?" Jermaine asked her.

She laughed, "There ain't no room for that boy in my car. But I'll bring some food home."
