Try not to give it a really long name and try to be original. If you're writing a Sleeping With Sirens fanfic, for example, I'd advise against using a song title or lyric of SWS. Don't make the title too random and remember, it MUST match the story.
Try finding five or so words that relate to the theme, setting, mood, and characters. I would honestly suggest writing three or so chapters before actually naming the story.
