For those of you with a tablet or PC, you can always just click on the "writing tools" above the shrunken version of your cover picture and dedicate a story that way. For those of you with an iPod or another Smartphone, you can do the same by accessing your account through the safari (aka Browser) app.
Sadly, only people with tablets and PCs can see the dedication if you do it that way. I recommend posting a short prologue with the dedication (and cover designer's link) below or above the text. It's also noted that some people forget the prologue and just type out the links.
