Here is a list of websites I use quite a bit as I write! Hopefully you guys will use them too.

Hemmingway -http://www.hemingwayapp.com/ - An app that highlights long sentences for you, and shows adverbs and passive voice. Plop a chapter in before you post, and edit paragraphs full of red.

Onelook Reverse Dictionary - http://onelook.com/reverse-dictionary.shtml  - Useful for finding more evocative words, or finding a word for something you just cannot describe properly.

Free Rice English Vocabulary - http://freerice.com/#/english-vocabulary  - Fun way to learn new words and help feed hungry people!

Mythcreants - https://mythcreants.com/  - A great blog with posts about wordcraft, plot, and reviews of bad and good writing in popular books. Focused on scifi/fantasy plots, but the wordcraft advice is useful to all.

Writing With Colour -http://writingwithcolor.tumblr.com/FAQ - An invaluable resource if you want your books to include people of colour. Use it.

Canva - https://www.canva.com/  - A free design website, great for creating covers on! (where the cover of this thing was made, entirely for free)

Fantasy Name Generators - https://www.fantasynamegenerators.com/ - The Holy Grail of character names. Want names with more vowels than sense? Head over here! And it's not just character names. Want to name a town? A river? A spell? Go ahead.

Zalgo - http://www.eeemo.net/ - W̜̜̥̙͙͖a̩̺͉̣̝n̵͇̘̘̖̦̫t͍̜̟̗̗͢ ̘t͏̖e͞x҉̪̬͔̤t͕͕̟ ̣̦̺͝t̝͚̻̟̣h̤a̮̞t̮̼̝̝̟͇'s̨͙̻͔̣̻ ̯̻̣̜͚̲͎e͓̥̮͉̜ͅl̵̝d̴͎r͔̥͖̜͎͍i̧̥̘͇t̯͎͉̗̱͜c̷̜̝͖ͅh̡̯̺̖ ̯͔̣̖̗̲̦a̝̲̤̙̫n̻͉d̬͙͔̗͉͎ ̪̫͈c̥͙͚̬͉̖̫r̳͚̩͉̝͟e̷̯e̥̹p̠̙̺͢y̴̗͕?̴͔̯ ̰͟H̰̟̙͍̥e̺͙r̸̜͎̲͎e̪̳̘!

Script Family - https://scriptmedic.tumblr.com/thescriptxfamily - Resource Heaven. This is a list of blogs which give information to writers about practically any topic under the sun! Their information is reliable, though there is reams of it to sort through.

Vulgar - https://www.vulgarlang.com/index.html - Makes languages. Seriously. This website will generate a language for you if you don't feel like doing a Tolkein.

If anyone else has useful websites they'd like to share, plop them in the comments. I'll keep on updating this list.
