(Y/N)'s P.O.V.

Tonight was the night. I smiled at the thought of leaving this horrid place that I was forced to call home. Why didn't mother take me to where she lived? It's literal Hell here in the Nether. I looked down at the Nether Crystal that was my key out of here and sighed. I don't even know for sure if this one works. I thought. But I wasn't getting out of here by complaining. I stepped out of the door to my room and checked the hallway.

The coast was clear. I tiptoed out of my room and down the hallway. I carefully reached the entrance to the front gates and pulled the lever softly. I winced as the gate made several loud creaks while it opened. I heard voices come from upstairs, one of them I recognized to be my father's. Soon, the voices grew louder and running footsteps began to head in my direction.

I bolted out the gate and kept running. I saw the Nether Portal up on a cliff, and I quickly climbed up the stairs to it. I tried to jump through the portal, but I just went strait through it. I jumped several more times, each jump becoming more frantic as I heard Shadow Knights running up the steps. "Why isn't it working?!" I screamed, my eyes glowing red with anger. I shoved a hand into my bag, looking for something, anything that could help me.

I gasped as my fingers brushed a smooth object. The Crystal! How could I have forgotten about it? I pulled the dark purple crystal out of my bag and held it out in front of me as if it were a shield as I backed up to get a running start. I jumped through the portal. The familiar feeling of fear engulfed me as I felt the portal's aura wrap its arms around me.

Sharp pains sprang out across my body, like a thousand tiny needles stabbing me before it all stopped. I felt something soft beneath me as I came out on the other side of the portal. I tried to open my eyes, but to avail. I sighed. Sleep was beginning to take hold of me, and the portal had made me so weak that I couldn't stay awake.

As I began to drift off to sleep, I heard voices coming from the distance, and as their footsteps came closer, I slept.

Garroth's P.O.V

As Laurence and I were taking a walk in the forest, I heard a strange sound, and I couldn't describe it, just that it sent shivers down my spine. Laurence immediately sprinted towards it, a look of pure horror in his eyes. Then it came to me, that was the sound of a Nether Portal being accessed! I followed right behind Laurence, knowing that this could be both very good or very bad.

When we reached the clearing with the portal in it, we both gave sighs of relief when we saw it was off. But in front of the portal, there were two sleeping bodies. One had really pretty (H/C) hair, and the other had jet black hair. Wait, did I call her hair pretty? Don't betray Aphmau Garroth! You don't even know what they're like!

I lifted the guy on my shoulders Laurence lifted the girl over his. Then we headed back to the village.

But who were these two people, and what were they doing in the Nether?
