There are some things in this world that are better left untouched, unaware of our existence and kept contently in their dwellings. Among these things can be the most beautiful of creatures or the most dangerous, and these are the two forces not to be reckoned with. But, by the laws of science, everything that exists must take up a physical space in the world. And though I wish to say that it was on a planet other than Earth, I can't. The things that don't fit in with average logic, defy nature, the things that we have no defense against because we've never encountered them before all live and spawn in a cold town in northwestern Montana. That town is known by the name of Ember Heights.
Its residents are the toughest people you'll ever meet, but also the most high-strung. And though you'll probably never visit this town, the best piece of advice I can give you is to lay low, don't go out at night and stay out of the woods if you ever brave the journey to this seemingly God forsaken place.
Better safe than sorry.
