Jacks been suffering with PTSD every since a certain incident happened; and on top of that, he gets bullied everyday at school for it.
Marks been bullying kids for a long time. He never has a reason, its just satisfying for him. I suppose you could say Mark had a perfect life. Friends that all support him, popularity, and great family members.

Scenario #1: Jack accidentally bumbs into Mark, one of his bullies, and gets beat the crap out of for it. Right before Mark was about to leave the room after he was satified with his work, Jack started having a flashback.
