"Am angry with you even after what you did and now your making me more angry you know how much I love mom and you I don't think it's the right time to fight I can't tolerate your eyes close you have to wake up maryma if you wake up I'll forgive you,I hope you know how much I love you right"

"Omar are you going to forgive the same woman that hates your mother"

"Mom when did you came"

"Fatima told us,but son how could you forgive her I just don't believe this so my son is so weak like this one when it comes to love my son can never be weak you can't but it's okay you have the right to choose who you want"

Then before we could reply the doctor came in and we all kept quiet and waited outside the room and after a moment of silence about 15 minutes later the doctor came out

"So doctor what is wrong with her any problem"

Mom spoke to the doctor I could still see how unhappy she is but I can't let her unhappy I have to make it up to her

"Madam she's absolutely fine she just need care now because your going to become a grandmother"

"Omar your wife is pregnant doesn't mean you forgive her just because she'a carrying your child she still doesn't love you do you know what she wants she wants money your money that's all"

"Mother-In-law what are you saying how can you lie to me like this"

"You see son she hates me and you because of she had love you she would have loved what you love too but she doesn't Maryam,your going to give birth to the heir of this family which we would be really happy but your own is just to give birth to him I'll take care of him because you going to leave this house immediately you give birth to my heir"

I was left crying and holding my stomach thinking of how my mother-in-law was very cunning I was crying thinking of how to make Omar understand how cunning his mother is I have only 9 months to make it happen and my child's features depends on me now I have to win

"Are you still crying my beautiful daughter-in-law I did what I felt was right and I can't take the risk of you been in this house anymore all I want is my heir that's all"

"How can you be at peace if you separate a mother and her child your a mother too don't do that please"

"Stop Maryam I have to that's my only way to teach my grandson my treats he has my blood I've always wanted to see my heir and God loves me so much am gonna see him soon now stop crying and have this milk it's very good for my grandson"

She was talking and she then handed me the glass full of warm fresh milk and she was busy slicing the two big Apple and the looked at me and she said while I was still having the milk

"Here have this Apple's to its very good for my grandson son am going out I'll come back and check on you once am back make sure you don't stand up this maid will do everything you want okay"

She called out her name and immediately she came inside the room and stood next to her

"Make sure she doesn't stand up from the bed take good care of my daughter-in-law okay"

"Sure ma"

And with that she left the room living me thinking about how a person can be this cruel I just kept crying but then I stood up and followed her

"Mother-in-law!" I called out to her in anger and vengeance

"What is the problem you should be on bed and what is the problem"

"I will not let you destroy my son's future I won't let him grow up to be like you he won't take over you in fact he'll be the reason of your destruction my son won't grow up and have a life which will always revolve around goons,guns,blood and torture like you've made me live I'll do anything to protect my son's future even if it means having bloodshed I won't regret because it's a mother's promise I will always protect my child"

And then she gave me a very dirty glance with her blacked eyeliner eye's a very terrifying look that made me shiver from within me but I stayed clam

"Lets see Maryam lets see who wins in this battle we're fighting me or you always remember I've always win and I'll always win because I don't take failure as an answer"

And then the maid came and she spoke to the maid

"She's your responsibility take care of her don't let her stand up again because you know what am capable of doing right"

"Yes ma forgive me it won't happen again sorry"

"It's a mistake I forgive you now but don't do it again"

"Sure thank you very much ma,come lets go maryam"

And with that we all part ways
