"Yes you are!" Cassy insisted. It's fun to watch them both.
"You can go now James and don't come back here again, she's already my girlfriend so shooo" she added.
"I'm afraid that won't happen" James replied coolly, he sat in front of her.
"Why not?" She asked him frowning.
"Because I also own this school, I'm James McKinley" I laughed out loud when Cassy almost choked when she heard him.
"I thought you're courting Missy? That's what Allison said!" She looked at me frowning but I just gave her a smile. She looks embarrassed and it only made her cute.
"I'm their cousin, my sister is Luna McKinley" he explained then stood up.
"It's nice meeting you Cassy, so you're Missy's girlfriend. Didn't know you're that possessive, but it's okay. I'll see you all again" he said before walking out of the cafeteria.
"Girlfriend huh? I wish huh?" Missy said while rolling her eyes.
"Shut up and eat" Cassy said hastily. She's blushing.
"So now you're denying it again?! Whatever! I'm —-" she was interrupted by Cassy's lips on her. Now she's the one who was caught off guard.
"Shut up and just eat, I don't like a thin girlfriend" that's it, now they're official.
"Don't worry! I'm gonna be fat!" Missy said delightedly. Now she got what she wanted. I'm so happy that Missy finally got the love that she deserves.
"I didn't say I want you fat, I just don't want you thin" Cassy insisted.
They're okay now and I don't want to interfere with their sweet moment so I reached for Salt's hand and led her outside.
"Everything's falling into place now" Salt said while we're walking.
"Yeah" was all I said.
"Dad said you both had an agreement. I'm surprised and I still can't believe that he accepted you"
"You and your father stand to your words but he still don't want me for you" she said smiling timidly.
"That's alright, just do your best to gain his trust and I'm sure he's gonna like you" I said then gave her a peck on the lips.
"I'm doing my best, I'm happy that we're okay now but it will make me happier if he likes me too" she said sighing.
"That moment will come, good thing comes to those who wait" I said then kissed her cheek.
We're about to go to the greenhouse when we heard my dad talking to someone. He likes drinking coffee there because it's peaceful, my mom requested it from my dad.
"Dad's inside" I said whispering before we hide on the bushes.
"With whom?" He asked me while peeking.
"That's his best friend and business partner" I whispered.
"What are they talking about?" We're only inches apart.
"I don't know that's why we're eavesdropping" I said a bit irritably, I don't like it when she asks too many questions.
"Okay I'm sorry" she said rolling her eyes, we can hear them talking from our place.
"It's very unfortunate that Cavanaugh's company was bankrupt, are you sure you don't want to invest or buy it?" Dad's friend asked.
"Who's Cavanaugh?" Salt asked curiously.
"Henry Cavanaugh stupid" I said rolling my eyes.
"Can't you just answer my question properly? It's not my fault that I don't know his surname" she said with a hurt tone, maybe I went too far.
