I am extremely positive about something now, I want no, need a mate. I need a mate and I hope I get one...soon.

Anessa

"Come on Diaz, I know you can hit harder than that! Punch harder and remember to breathe! You control the outcome!"

I can honestly say that I felt at home, the duties here are absolutely the same, I get to train his pack members although I guess they would be my pack members soon too.

Scott was busy with Alpha business and I was beginning to despise sitting down and doing nothing so I offered to help him with some of his duties since he didn't have the time or the correct mindset to do them and probably because well, I missed being the Alpha.

Surely I was still the Alpha, I just couldn't help the feeling of being homesick, my pack is what I lived for, it was like an addiction to me even though I felt that I was cursing the role of the Alpha of the Barbaric Shadows.

The training here is a little above average, their stances and power are good against let's say the more impuissant packs but it definitely would not aid in battle against packs like Primal Hill and the Dusk Guardians.

Even their techniques needed help, they were not as nearly efficient as they should be to at least ensure some damage on the opponents not just mere bruises that could be healed very easily.

If I had to find one downfall in Scott, it would be his fighting skills and his 'skills' to teach them to his pack members.

I have to admit though, his pack members have potential, that's extremely important in any pack, even if they have to forget everything they previously learnt because it was complete rubbish.

Within a matter of a few hours, they have already adapted to my training methods and they are still in the process of perfecting it like my pack members have done.

If they do perfect my training methods, the alliance between Scott's and my pack will be unstoppable, we will be invincible.

I continued to watch as they performed their warm-up circuit training  that included one hundred burpees, fifty pull ups with 50 pounds of ankle weights, one hundred push ups with another member sitting on top of them, one hundred dragonflies and finally, twenty laps; they had to do this five times.

Sure it seemed like suicide but they were wolves, their enhanced strength and capabilities should only make these exercises easier and even with their advanced healing, they were ready for sparring in only a matter of ten minutes rest; that's slightly impressive compared to other packs.

Now, they were sparring the fighting techniques I thought them with either a person of the same sex, opposite sex or a different body weight compared to theirs.

Reasons for this would simply be because when in a battle, you don't get to choose who your opponent will be so it would only seem reasonable to have the switch sparing partners once every few minutes.

After about an hour, the warriors were drenched in sweat  and red as tomatoes from the intense training techniques I had set into motion.

"Okay guys bring it in, bring it in!" The warriors huddled into a circle with heavy breaths as they awaited my speech, "You guys did awesome today, further than I would have expected. You guys deserve a pat on the back for that but even better, training tomorrow will be cut in half only if I see the same amount of enthusiasm as I saw today. Deal?"

There was a chorus of deal's as well as yes' and ah's whilst they gave each other high fives and thanked me for an effective training session.

The pack members walked into different directions to their houses to clean up during the time I had stayed in the five o' clock afternoon sun to just inhale the fresh breeze that smelt only like a forest.

This excited Snow, it reminded her of running back home where her paws would sink into the ground and crush many leaves as she ran at warp speed only appearing as a white blur to the naked eye.

The field was almost clear now, in the corner of it was a familiar boy that stood shirtless drinking his water.

Suddenly, he dropped his water bottle and harshly clenched his stomach making me channel whatever energy I had left to actually get towards him in time.

"Jack! Jack!"

After a short while, he straightened up once more and grabbed his water bottle from among the grass like nothing happened.

"Are you okay?" I was profoundly confused, no one could clench their face that hard and grab their stomachs to the point of drawing blood and then just act like it didn't happened.

"Yeah Anessa I'm okay really. I always get those gas pains, some are worse than others but I am used to them. There is no need to be worried."

I find that hard to believe.

"Okay, I think you should go and rest up, we had a hard session today and I don't want you to be injured any more than what we did previously.

He turned around to leave as something caught my eye, through his skin on his lower back was a few bubbling motions as though something was trying to be pushed out.

Jack continued to walk as I just stared at the waving motion of skin in pure amusement, however, my face was overflowing with shock when something appeared then disappeared; the letter A, one that was similar to the others.

---

Oh the letters are back! What do you think they spell out?

And sorry if this story seems a little prolonged but I promise that when we get to a peak all of it will be worth it.
