Wine shakes her head
"I don't have a pet.
Not allowed to raise one,"
"That's a shame,"
Eiswein is sympathetic
Pétillant nods along
Then asks Eiswein
"How is Altar?
Haven't seen him in awhile,"
"He is fine.
Still as cheery as ever,"
Eiswein replies to Pétillant
Then
"I have a canary at home,
A gift from my grandparents,"
Eiswein explains to Wine
"His name is Altar,"
"Why don't you buy something for him?"
Pétillant suggests to the bird pet owner
"Since you're here,"
"Might as well,"
Eiswein agrees to that suggestion
Wine privately decides
To help Eiswein pick the best present
For Altar too!
