Y/N POV

I was stacking dust ammo clips after my father told me that the new shipment just came in. He's not my real father mind you, but my adoptive one, my mother left me on his door step so I may live a better life. All I have of her is a cane blade, revolver, coat, note, and her hidden blade, I was wearing her coat and a black vest. I finished stacking the new ammo clips and proceeded to organize the dust vials on display

???: do you know how hard it is to find a dust shop open this late

A man said walking in with a small group of people

Y/N: hey sir no smoking, I'm going to have ask you to put it out, or finish it outside the store

I told him my hand secretly brushing my guns handle

???: of course, but this is a robbery

He said with all of the men drawing their weapons

Shopkeep: please just take our lien and leave

My father said with his hands in the air

???: shh shh we're not here for your money, grab the dust

Y/N: like hell you are

I pull out my revolver and fired into the closest one chest sending him through the glass windows and startling our only customer in the store

???: huh what's happening?

Y/N: their robbing us red

Red: ohhhhhh

She dropkicked another thug out the window and followed him out with me in pursuit. She slowly stood up her weapon a large scythe unfolding slow to give off an aura of power

???: well then, get them

He said to the thugs grabbing a case full of dust. I kicked the thug in front of me in the chest sending him stumbling back and hit the one to my left with my cane

Thug: argh

I pulled out my revolver and shot another one in the leg making him clutch the spot in pain

Y/N: oh come on it didn't go through your aura

I kicked him in the side of his head and pulled out my canes head reveling the bladed part and swung at the thug I kicked cutting off his tie

Y/N: shit I missed

I put the blade back and jabbed the head of my cane in is chest and took off the scabbard and swung it in a tight arc knocking out the second thug, before slamming my canes scabbard back on the blade ripping it out of the thugs chest taking a little blood with it

Red: hiiiyah

I turn to red to see her knockout the last thug before giving me a thumbs up

???: well you were worth every cent, truly you were. Anyway Red and Black this is where we part ways

He said crushing his cigar with the end of his cane before holding it like a gun at us

Y/N: ohhhh shit

A crosshair pops up from the end of the cane, smirking he pulled a trigger launching a explosive flare at us, to which I dodged by jumping to the side, and Red by jumping above it

Y/N: fuck where'd he go

Red: up there

She pointed to a ladder with him climbing

Red: you ok if I go after him?

She asked my dad to which he nodded, after he answered her she took off after him
