i hit my alarm off and lazily get out of bed. it was saturday and stupid me, i forgot to turn off my alarm. i head into the bathroom and do my usual routine. i run downstairs and of course, my parents are no where to be found. luckily my dad cooked me some waffles and left them on the table for me. every time it's saturday and my parents aren't around he usually cooks me some breakfast and leaves a note, which usually says

"have a good day, love dad"

but today it said something different. something like

"there's a surprise for you open the door at 3:00 sharp this after noon, have fun, love you, dad"

i didn't really think about this much so i just continued eating my waffles.

i started scrolling through instagram when an unknown number texted me.
