"Where is she?" Blake growls again as my breathing get heavier. He was not taking my niece away from me.

"You're not getting anywhere near her!" I sneer before he lunges at me. I block his attack as I hear the others begin to fight.

I grab Blake by the shirt and throw him across the room, I run towards him but I feel him grab my leg, throwing me across the floor.

I look up from the ground as I feel myself getting angrier by the second. Blake stalks towards me as I pull myself to my feet and do the same.

I raise my fist but he grabs my wrist and punches me in the gut, causing me to get winded.

"I'll get Skye back, Willow." He warns as that pushes me over the edge.

"Over my dead body!" I shout as I kick him back with all my force, I run up and tackle him to the ground, delivering punch after punch as I slash his chest.

I feel my shoulders being grabbed as I'm lifted from Blake and thrown across the room. When I look up, the noise had calmed down.

I see Boyd, Cora, Scott and Issac all on the ground. I stand up as I catch Derek's eyes.

"Kill him." Deucalion announces as Derek looks at him, as do I.

I realise he's talking about Boyd as I shake my head.

"The others can go." He says as the Alpha twins grab Scott and Issac and Kali holds Cora down.

I gasp as I suddenly feel a hand grip my throat, nails digging into me that could rip my throat out at any moment.

Derek looks over at me as I shake my head, silently telling him not to listen to Deucalion.

"You're beaten. Take the first step." Deucalion says as he descends down the escalator.

"Are we serious with this kid? Look at him. He's an Alpha? To what? A couple of useless teenagers." Kali argues as I can't help but roll my eyes. An automatic reaction every time she talks.

"Some have more promise than others." Deucalion admits, looking in the direction of myself, Scott and Issac.

"Let him rise to the occasion then." Kali says. "What will it be Derek? Pack or family?" Kali presses her foot down on Cora's throat as she lets out a pained groan.

I never take my eyes off Derek as it falls silent. He looks to the ground as if he's thinking, but I don't doubt him once. He'll pick family.
