Endless Love

O N E

            Lilly stared at the small school in front of her and wondered what it would bring her. Today was her first official day of Forks High School she was starting her junior year and knew absolutely nobody in this entire town. Lilly had moved here with her mother less than a week ago because her mother had been offered a job at the hospital here. Once more Lilly looked down, make sure every detail of her outfit was perfect for this day. She just needed to make friends and get through these next two years, then she planned to go to college and she would be a doctor just like her mother. Her outfit seemed nice enough to her, she had on a light white sweater with olive skinny jeans and small black booties. It might have been August but with the rain and the cloudy weather, it felt like fall to Lilly.

            Finally she decided to get out of her silver ford fusion and go inside to get her schedule. Once inside of the school's tiny office, Lilly noticed that it smelled like apples and cinnamon, once she began to look at her schedule a small smile appeared on her face.

                              Period 4: Gym Coach Clapp

                               Lunch

                              Period 6: Biology 2 Mr Banner

                              Period 7: Psychology Mrs Goff

            Her schedule was everything Lilly could've hoped for. She had gotten into Calculus and AP English even though those classes were typically reserved for the seniors but Lilly was able to get the grades to be in the classes her junior year.

             The secretary smiled at Lilly and spoke to her in a sweet voice while she handed her a paper, "All you'll need to do is have all of your teachers sign this sheet and hand it into me at the end of the day then that's all I'll need from you." Lilly smiled back before leaving the office and finding her way to her first class.

             The hallways were empty because the classes had started 10 minutes ago and Lilly tried to rush to class so that she did not walk in directly in the middle of a lesson. It wasn't like she hated attention but with it already being her first day she didn't want to completely interrupt her first class too. She finally arrives to the class and goes straight to the teacher to hand him the sheet the office gave her. "Hi I'm your new student, Lilly Rose."

             Mr Varner smiled at her briefly and quickly signed the paper, "Just sit down to the right of Mr Cullen. Mr Cullen, please raise your hand. I'll get you a book tomorrow just follow along for today." Lilly turned around and looked at the beautiful man at the back of the room. She wouldn't normally describe a man as beautiful but that's exactly what he was. With his flawlessly tossed brown hair, perfectly pale skin, and a pair a of stunning golden eyes that she could see clearly from across the room. Lilly quickly gathered herself and then moved to sit next to him.

               As she was sliding into the new desk Lilly suddenly felt like she wasn't alone in her own head anymore. It wasn't a feeling like she was crazy, Lilly could actually feel like there was another presence there with her. It was a feeling that she had never experienced before but at the same time it felt like an all too familiar memory. She tried to push it to a corner, to a place where it couldn't see everything that was happening in her mind. She pushed it to the back of her mind and tried to focus on whatever the teacher was saying.
