XVIII. Music videos and going to Africa

The London Bridge was packed with people and crew today was the last day of filming for Mai. Her first music video was going great. Mai had been spending her time with Karen. She was nice and at times she would fine her self meting with David or Billy. For the past few days she was filming her music video. The song they were working on was called All I want is everything.

“Ok guys let’s just film this and we can all go home.” The director of the video said to the dancers the bridge was closed for the public because of the filming.

The music started and Mai started singing

They made their pose and the director yelled cut. Mai said her thank you to the crew and the dancer who started hugging her one by one. She was happy the day was great and nothing was going to make her sad. But as she said the words it is as if the Big guy up there was loving her misery she saw Matt in his car on the other end of the bridge.

“That’s just great.” Mai said to herself as she started walking to her car which was parked close to Matt. He walked up to her and she looked at him crossing her arms over her chest.

“Mai.” He said to her as she looked up to him

“Matt.” She said to him in a little bitter tone and he could feel it

“So how are things going?” Matt asked her

“It’s going fine. The new album is on the way my life has never been bather. Actually I’m going to Africa in a few days with the UNICEF volunteers.” He nodes at her words at that but she can see his worried face

“It was nice seeing you.” He says as he walks away and Mai takes a deep berth and walks to her car. Heading to the UNICEF headquarters in London. It took her a few minutes to calm down.

She was in front of the building of UNICEF and she walked out of her car and in to the building. She was meting Ines the women who was organizing the trip to Africa.

“Miss Perroni I’m so glad that you are here Ines is expecting you in her office.” The secretary told Mai as she walked in on the twelfth floor. She knocked on the glass doors of the office and heard a come in.

“Oh Mai you are here. That good. So I guess you are coming with us right?” Ines asked and Mai smiled at her

“So when do we leave?”
