"Just go get some rest, it is almost 3 in the morning your eyes are puffy and you have to wake up early for work tomorrow." Lisa said, literally pushing Briana towards the stairs.

"I can't- at least till she is back-" Briana started to protest but was cut off my Lisa.

"Dion and I will stay up and wait for her. Jazz go with Bri, you look tired too."

Jasmine sighed probably from boredom since everyone boss her around all the time and barley give her a chance to say anything, then marched upstairs with Briana.

It was kind of awkward how Lisa suggested for me to stay with her, besides all the mess that is happening in our lives at this moment I somehow managed to flirt with Lisa tonight, even though it was lame as hell and I was about to pass out from embarrassment.

I don't know if she took it as flirting or just me being sweet- wait a minute.

Is there like a rule that forbids gifted people who live in the same house to date?

What if they have a brotherly pact?

Does she consider me as her brother?

Gross!

". . . must feel horrible." I heard Lisa suddenly saying.

"What?" I blurted anxiously.

Fuck! How did she read my mind?

Was I thinking out loud again?

"Briana." Lisa said firmly, glaring at me for not paying attention.

"Oh!" I breathed with relief, then realized that I was smiling after she told me about how awful Briana must be feeling, so I cleared by throat and said.

"Yeah, she looked pretty upset." I nodded, trying to look serious.

Lisa looked at me suspiciously, I literally started sweating when she narrowed her eyes at me, but a few seconds later she sighed and sat on the couch miserably.

"Are you okay?" I asked, taking a seat next to her.

I know I should be concerned about her feelings and all of that (which I am) but I can't stop looking at her.

She is so beautiful, I could stare into her crystal blue eyes forever.

"I guess?" She said, sounding not sure herself.

"I'm just really stressed right now." She sighed.

"That's okay, considering everything that happened tonight it is a miracle that you can still stand up on your feet." I smiled, hanging my arm over her shoulder and squeezed her into a semi hug.

I don't understand why they are so upset, after what Victoria did I actually wanted her to leave for a while.

"I just can't believe the trouble we are in right now. I mean, I knew she is this careless idiot who would steal the stone, but no one expected her to be stupid enough to lose it!" Lisa complained.

"Really?" I mocked.

I sometimes believe that I know Victoria better than these girls.
