Kagome and InuYasha's son
"a-ahhh!" Kagome screamed as the doctor ordered her to push even harder.
InuYasha held her hand, and kept whispering "It'll be okay."
"I-I can't take it anymore...!" Kagome screamed as she stopped pushing.
Two minutes have passed already, yet the baby still won't come out.
"Doc, the patient is tired. She can't push anymore." the nurse worriedly said.
"W-What shall we do now?" InuYasha asked in worry.
"...I... don't know. I'm just a beginning doctor."
"WHAT?!" he yelled in anger.
"CALL ANOTHER DOCTOR! FUCK IT!" he stomped on the floor in anger.
"I-InuYasha... don't... c-cuss..." Kagome whispered.
"Kagome, stop. We need to take the baby out--" he stopped for a second.
He suddenly remembered something from his biology class.
"If the patient is fatigued, a vacuum cup is needed to take out the baby. The pressure should be less than 0.5."
Those words from his professor came into his mind.
He went outside, then called the nurse who was about to call another doctor.
"NURSE!" he shouted.
The nurse went back; panting a bit.
"Y-Yes, sir?" she asked.
"Go get a vacuum cup. A vacuum cup!" he screamed.
The nurse tried to remember where was the vacuum cup, then hurriedly ran after realizing where it was.
He went inside the Emergency Room once again.
He glared at the doctor.
"Tch. You're useless." he said.
The doctor just looked down to his glove-covered hands filled with blood.
The nurse went in, while holding the vacuum cup.
"Give me that. Now!" he grabbed the vacuum cup, turned it on, then controlled the pressure to less than 0.5.
"Listen up. Nurse, help Kagome push. Useless doctor, push her stomach. And I'll be the one who will suck out the baby. When I told you that I already got the head, stop pushing, and hold her hand. Do you understand?" he ordered.
They both nodded.
Kagome was now closing her eyes.
"Kagome! Please wake up! Try to ease the pain for a bit! Push!" InuYasha screamed.
Kagome opened her eyes, and saw him.
"Inu...Yasha... w-what are y-you... doing...?"
"Do it now, guys!" he shouted and went under the blanket to see the progress.
"Mrs. Taisho, push!" the nurse yelled.
Kagome pushed even though she doesn't know what was InuYasha doing.
The doctor pushed the baby downwards so the head will go out.
"Push, push! The head is coming! Continue!" InuYasha yelled.
They continued doing what they are told.
InuYasha opened the vacuum cup, and ordered them to stop.
"Stop it now! The head is here!" he moved the vacuum cup to the baby's head.
"Nurse! Come here! Hold the baby when it goes out!" he yelled as he carefully pulled the baby out.
The nurse went under the blanket and held the baby.
After a little bit of pulling...
"AHHHHHH!" Kagome panted very badly.
InuYasha moved out from the blanket in shock, his eyes wide open.
"t-the baby. M-My son." he whispered.
The nurse moved out from the blanket, while holding the baby.
"Sir! We need to cut the cord!" the doctor yelled.
InuYasha shook his head, then went to find scissors.
"here, here!" InuYasha gave the scissors to the doctor, and let him do the job.
After that, they did everything they need to do.
After three hours...
Kagome was now in a regular room.
She just woke up.
"InuYasha?" she whispered.
The door suddenly opened. As Kagome adjusted her sight to see who it was, a tear unconsciously fell down from her eye.
"I-InuYasha..." she whispered.
He was soaked in blood due to the unusual thing that happened earlier.
She saw him holding a baby.
"I-Is that my... son?"
"Yes, love. Our son." InuYasha walked and placed the baby near Kagome.
She watched the baby cry.
"InuYasha... He looks like you..." she happily complimented the baby.
InuYasha kissed Kagome's forehead. "of course. Oh, and your husband is now popular in this hospital."
Kagome blinked. "eh?" she asked.
InuYasha chuckled. "I was the first husband of a patient who beated a doctor."
Kagome felt proud of her husband.
"I love you so much, InuYasha."
He pouted. "No endearment for me?" he moved his eyes down like a kid.
Kagome laughed.
"I love you, sweetie." she whispered with a smile.
InuYasha kissed her.
"I love you too, sweetheart." He faced the baby and gave him a peck of kiss on his forehead, which made him stop from crying. "I also love you, baby." he whispered in joy.
