The bell rang and the halls of Derry high school were filled with students rushing around to grab their books and get to lunch. Eddie, Richie, and Stanley walked down the hall way carrying on a conversation about some sci-fi tv show. Being so caught up in their conversation they were completely oblivious to the girls trailing behind them.
The leader of the blonde pack notices boys walking in front of them. "Look at these losers. I bet they've never even had girlfriends." She laughed. The other one laughed along, not wanting to turn against the leader. The ruthless blonde wanted to get a reaction about of the boys in front of her, so she kept going.
"I mean can you imagine how horny they must be?" The other girl didn't give a reaction this time. "I would Love to fuck-" The tall blond was cut off by the girl following behind her.
"Gretta stop please.." She practically begged the tall blonde.
"Really y/n? You want to argue with me?"
"N-n-no I just.. whatever." Y/n hung her head in defeat and continued walking behind Gretta. The boys continued walking in front of them, their own conversation now silenced, as they listened to the girls behind them.
"W-w-what d-d-did you say y/n? You just what?" Gretta mocked the girl.
"I just think you should leave them alone. They never did anything to you."
"They're taking up space. And breathing the same air as me."
"You don't have to be a bitch." Y/n mumbled.
"What was that?"
"Nothing."
The two groups walked into the loud cafeteria.
Richie sighed as the popular girls sat down at their usual spot, the popular table. "They look like they're out of a fucking playboy magazine." He took a bite out of his peanut butter and jelly sandwich and frowned. Eddie lined up his vitamins on the table and took them one by one. Bill furrowed his eyebrows at the sight, "I t-thought you stopped t-taking all those useless pills.."
"My mom says they keep me healthy." He replied taking the last of the pills. "Of course she does." Richie rolled his eyes. The losers looked back over to the popular table longingly.
A girl with braces and long brown braids walked past the popular table and Jessica stuck her foot out and tripped her. Her lunch tray flew up into the air and landed on the floor. The boys cringed at the sight.
"I just don't understand why they're so mean." Eddie sighed.
"They're popular and they're cheerleaders, which means that can be as cruel as they want and people still love them." Stanley grimaced.
"What do you wanna bet they've made out before?" Richie grinned.
"What the hell dude?" Eddie raised his eyebrows. "You really think so?"
"Pssh they're too busy sleeping with all the boys in this school."
"Except for us.." Eddie added in.
"I heard that y/n had sex with the entire football team after one of their games."
"We should join the football team.." Richie smirked.
"T-That's a terrible idea."
