First of all, Everybody knows that Vanakkam Chennai was one of the best album of Anirudh's... I got all your thinking, Even though every album of Anirudh is special... This one was more special for his every fan as many of the peoples started to hear Anirudh's songs after this film only... (Especially My Brother)... As every single song has it's perfect part both in the film also in our hearts.. So, Vanakkam Chennai is one of my favorite album of Anirudh forever....

Especially the song Oh Penne just stolen all our hearts in this film.... I watched that film several times in which that song is one major reason for it... And also do you know how that song was recorded?? Just check out the above video to know that.... The song was arranged perfectly by starting with the music and followed by that Vishal Dadlani's voice and at the center the English part of Arjun and after that Anirudh's mesmerizing voice which will make us to go into a different world as soon he started the lines Aezhu Kadal Thaandi Unakaaga Vanthene
Unthan Alai Vanthu Kadal Seruthey... So totally if you want to experience the feel the love without loving Just hear to this song......

And of course... If we started with the topic Vanakkam Chennai means definitely we have to talk about Chennai City Gangsta song... Because Anirudh's first ever Music Video.... What's special about this song?? If anybody asked Anirudh's fans means  What's not special in this song?? will be the reply as every single thing present over in this song is special for every Anirudh's fans..... As first time, we saw Anirudh on the screen and also his dance..... And also with Anirudh other independent artists were also there that is Hard Kaur and Hiphop Tamizha (Adhi)...

So, Anirudh's first ever Independent Album in Tamil was Namma Chennai Chancey illa which was made for all the peoples living at Chennai by a Chennai boy.... And also the song expresses the exact feeling of the peoples lives at Chennai.... The singing part was done by one and only Anirudh where as the lyrics and the direction was done by Vignesh Shivan..... Vignesh Shivan only showed our Anirudh that much cutely at that video...
