"I don't want you," he growled in my face. "I, Ace Sterling reject you, Storm Braxton, as my mate. I don't ever want to see you again. You are a worthless piece of shit that no one likes. You are hereby banished from my pack, and are never to return." I'll admit that had made me a little upset, ok more than a little. He banished me for crying out loud! And I had to listen because he was the soon to be alpha. I packed my stuff , and got out of that hell hole.

"Storm!" Max yelled in my face. I pushed him away from me and said, "What?" "There's a race in half an hour down by the cliff. We were wondering if you were going?" Jax asked. "Of course I am!" I never missed a race. I ran out into the garage and grabbed the keys to my Impala SS. I started driving down the road with the guys behind me.

Ok I'm gonna clear some things up for you. You're probably wondering where I am, what I'm doing, and who the guys are, right?

Well, after I ran away I ended up running for three long days with no food or water. Once I did stop for a drink I realized I was in another packs territory. I heard a twig snap, and all of a sudden 6 guys walked out of the forest and circled me. Now, remember I had been running for three days with no food or water, so I was extremely tired. After about five minutes one of the guys shifted back , and was about to say something when I passed out.

I didn't wake up for two days, and when I did you'll never imagine what I saw. Six guys leaning over me, and trying to ask me a bunch of questions at the same time. I told them to shut the hell up and tell me where I was. They had said I was in the New Moon Pack, and was now apart of their pack. You can imagine my surprise when all of them said I had to stay. Two of them looked like they were about to cry when I said I wasn't so sure. I finally accepted after a lot of persuading, and had to take an oath.

They asked me why I ran way. I told them I was beaten by my old pack, treated like a slave, and rejected by my mate. For some reason this made them furious. One of them had to go outside because he almost shifted. I later found out that it was the alpha.

There are six guys in this small pack, but they can all kick some serious butt. First, there's Axel, who is the strong but silent type, the only time he ever jokes around is with our pack at rare times.

Then there's Max and Jax, the twins, mischievous, funny, love pranks, as do I, and have a great sense of humor.

Jake is, how do I put this nicely, not the sharpest knife in the drawer. He's so easy to fool. Everyone's always laughing with him, not at him.

Diesel is like my brother. He's always making sure I'm ok, that I'm eating, that I'm not upset. I think I've definitely spent the most time with him. He's also the Beta.

Jackson is the alpha. He's the one that made me become a member of his pack. He comes to most of my races, and says I'm the best racer he's ever seen, for a girl anyways.

Our pack is six guys and one girl, me. For someone who didn't have to best of life up until she was 15, I think, let me rephrase that, I know I'd rather be here than anywhere else.

Once I was feeling better the guys got me in shape, and now I'm the pack trainer. They were all mad because I can, most of the time, beat them in a fight and race.

Diesel got me into street racing, and I love him for it. The rush of the race, and the adrenaline highs are simply amazing. I also play guitar, drums, and piano. I love music, so Diesel taught me how to play those instruments.

Axel helped me with hand to hand combat. Jackson taught me to control my emotions, and the twins taught me how to pull awesome pranks. Jake helps me blow off steam when I need it.

The honking of a horn brought me out of my thoughts. I looked in the rear view mirror, and saw Diesel giving me a look that says 'Is everything alright?' I nod my head, and pull up to the bottom of the cliff where the races will be held. My friend AJ came up to me and said, "First race in five, you ready?" "Hell ya," I say in a calm voice.

These amateurs better be ready to see what a real racer can do.
