Downright Dangerous

Your smell that lures me

They're in the pit of the dark woods, wheezing for air.

"Hey Taemin, I think we should stop for a bit."

Taemin nods and crashes down next to one of the trees after taking off his heavy backpack.

Jongin twirls open the cap of the water container and sharply inhales, "Fuck, we ran out, do you have some?"He asks while holding the bottle up.

"Hm, no. I think mine ran out before yours."

Jongin sighs and drops the bottle in disappointment. They're out here in the middle of one of the largest woods they've ever wandered in.Normally they have hunting equipment with them but they're so glad that they don't because the weight of what they already have is more than enough.All they have are bulky jackets and a backpack for the two of them.

"Jongin I think we should get going, it's getting cold and it'll be dark out soon. We'll come back tomorrow ok?"

"Tomorrow? Nope." He pops the 'p' as he hops back to his feet.

"Why? If you're that curious I'm sure they have some website or something where you can find all the information you need in these woods. Just listen to me for once ok? Let's go." He stands up picking his backpack up and pulls at Jongin's arm.

"Nonono, those sites only tell you what they want to tell you. Same with any resources. It's better to see it and experience it on yourself. Taemin I'm not leaving from here without discovering something new." He gives him a pat on the shoulder along with a smile before wandering off, Taemin rolled his eyes and follows behind.

"Jongin we haven't been here before, who knows what's out there? It's starting to get dark already...yah! Jongin-ah!" Taemin yells when he sees Jongin running towards something to his left side and disappearing.

Taemin runs in that same direction and calls out to him. He comes to a stop and looks around till he stands at the right angle and spots him through the trees.

"Jongin!"

Joining Jongin by his side he lands his eyes on what his friend is looking at.2 dusty yellow signs just meters away from each other that read 'Restricted, DO NOT ENTER'

And by the shine in Jongin's eyes and the half smile growing on his face Taemin knows exactly what kind of trouble Jongin wants to get into.

"Oh no."

"Oh yeah"

"Not this time Jongin. The sun is starting to set and I have a really bad feeling about this."

"*tsk* that's what you said about that girl from Twenty9"

Twenty9, a local bar where Jongin had his eyes set on one girl for over 15 minutes-record time.

"Yes and I was right. She left you the morning after didn't she?"

"Is that supposed to be a bad thing?"It's confirmed, Taemin's 'bad feelings' are just him being overprotective and skeptical. That's why Jongin is sure he has to go through with this, and Taemin knows Jongin can't be convinced.

"How about tomorrow? We'll come back right here tomorrow"

Jongin finally turns towards him and leans in, "I live by a old saying my friend. What must be done tomorrow should be done today and what should be done today should be done right now."
