"seventh, i love you because of the confidence back then and now of you is drastic. the fact that you changed so much from your debut; from a shy boy who hides behind his hyungs to a confident man right now, who knows himself and his own identity well and that's beautiful and amazing," she praises him, pecking the tip of his nose as the tips of his ears turn a little pink. it is known widely that jungkook was a rather shy and meek boy back in the days, even acknowledged by his hyungs; he will not speak to any of them during the trainee periods, always sticking to himself and when he debuts, he got a little more out-spoken, a little more confident and now, he's filled with confidence. he no longer looks down when talking, he no longer feels shy in front of a crowd and he shows his true self even on camera, to his fans, on stage, to everybody and he doesn't fake any of it. yerim was a fan of jungkook since his debut, and she knows that huge change in him and she loves that aspect of him; the fact that he grew so much honestly moved and touched her heart a lot.

"eighth, i love you because you know how to make me laugh, how to cheer me up and how you always stick by me during my toughest periods," she mumbles, remembering the hard times that she faced as an idol. there was once during a live interaction, some netizens left disparaging and sexual comments that made her feel so uncomfortable and sick; the entire practice, she was so quiet as she tried to hold back her tears. she even locked herself in her room, which jungkook rushed down immediately from wherever he was and tried to convince her to open up. he didn't yell or curse at the users, who left the comments, but since then, jungkook has always been protective of her. with her young age in the industry, he knows how much criticism she can received and instead of letting her be alone during such a period, he will always rush to where she is and stays beside her, hugging her and simply rubbing her back to calm her down.

"ninth, i love you because you're the only person, who is willing to do dumb and stupid things with me," she laughs, recalling once when they decided to take a train all the way to busan in the midnight without informing their respective group members or managers. and why busan one may ask her? it is because that's where his hometown is and whenever jungkook's in busan, yerim gets to see another side of him; the vulnerable side of him that misses his family so much. she loves the part of him where he's so filial to his parents and respectful to his brother, always calling them whenever they are in busan. another time they did something stupid together was when yerim decided to go on a date in public without any sorts of disguise and they pulled it off without getting caught. if she asks anybody else to do that with her, she knows that they will reject her ideas and disregard her but jungkook, he accepted each of her idea and even went along with her, taking the blame if ever needed to though yerim will never allow that.

"tenth, i love you because you make me feel important in this world," yerim grins, watching as his eyes sparkle at the mention of that. somehow, it is jungkook's aim or rather, desire to treat his girlfriend when he had one, that she's the most important person in this world and when he met yerim, he promised to do that and he did. jungkook is the perfect boyfriend; he always thinking of her before himself, he always remembers their anniversary, her debut anniversary and everything else regarding their relationship. he puts her needs before his, something that yerim is appreciative of but hopes he will learn to put himself before her at times. the way he holds her during cuddles, in front of their parents; the way he speaks of her, proudly and happily when introducing her to his parents; the way he looks at her during their dates and everything else, he makes her feel as if she's his world which is true if you ask the male.

"eleventh, i love you because how you make me have butterflies until now when you kiss me, hug me or whatsoever," she chuckles when the male leans forward to peck her forehead gently, running his fingers through her hair as he plays with it. at the start of the relationship, it was like purely excitement for her whenever he kisses her, hugs her or whatsoever. well, he was her first boyfriend but after a year of dating till this very day, jungkook still has the same effect on her. he manages to her make her knees weak during their monthsaries, he manages to make her cry whenever he writes a birthday card for her, he manages to make her have the familiar butterflies in her stomach whenever he kisses her. it is as if they are just at the start of their relationship, when they have been together for so long. it is if time has stopped for them when they're so happily in love with each other. jungkook never makes yerim forget the feeling of falling in love, the feeling of being in love with him.

"twelfth, i love you because of the way you say you love me too every single time," yerim grins, as jungkook raises an eyebrow at the mention of that. the male then laughs, before leaning to her ears and whispers softly, "i love you so much, kim yerim." yes, she loves the way he says it simply because she knows he means it. after being together for a while, it is normal for the saying 'i love you' to be a habit, a daily thing said to lovers but for jungkook, it is not a habit. he means what he says; he says it in such a gentle voice, reminding her that he truly does loves her and without her, he can not function as human which is proven when yerim was involved in a car accident last year. the minute jungkook received a call from her eonnies that she was in a car accident, he dropped his phone and lost his balance, collapsing to the floor which shocked his hyungs. he didn't even had any response along the way to the hospital; the minute they reached, he jumped out of the vehicle and run along the hallways of the hospital searching for her. and he only breathed, literally breathed after seeing her with a bruise on her face but with other parts intact. and he cried in front of her, telling her never to put him in such a state again; the fear of losing her was greater than anything.

"and lastly, i love you because you're jeon jungkook and my jungkook," she whispers, before pressing her lips against his gently. and like how she's his kim yerim, his yerim. during their time together as couple, yerim witnesses many sides of jungkook and she loves each and every side of him, just like how he loves hers. she saw him getting angry before which was scary; she saw his playful side when he's with her family or his family or even his group members; she saw his vulnerable side when he cried in front of her for her, for his members, for his family, for his fans and for his own insecurities; she saw the happy side of him when his group won many awards, stepping into international popularity but he and his group members never got proud of it – they continued to work hard, thank their fans, produce music that's their style and not based on trend; she saw the hardworking side of him where he stayed in his dance studio till late nights to train his vocals while she sat there quietly, giving him moral and mental support. to her, he is much more than bts's jungkook, or kookies or golden maknae. to her, he is jeon jungkook, the male she fallen in love with, the male who has made her understand and feel the feeling of love, the male who has turned her world upside down, and most importantly, he is jeon jungkook, the male who loves her for who she is.
