40 | "I'm calling bullshit"

"Have fun! And remember to use protection!" I called out to her as she left the car and she flipped me off before leaving.

Then I called Logan,

"Hi, asshole"

"Hey, honey"

"I'll never stop cringing at that nickname"

"I know you love it" I could practically hear him smirking through the phone,

"What are you up to?"

"I'm just with Beth at the hospital" Logan said softly and I nodded before realizing he couldn't see me,

"Is she allowed visitors?" I asked,

"Yeah, why?"

"Oh you want to come and visit, I knew that" Logan recovered and I snorted,

"Are you driving?" he asked me,

"Yeah"

"Be careful okay? You don't have your license yet," he told me and I rolled my eyes,

"I'll be fine, see you soon" I said to him before hanging up and driving towards the hospital.

When I reached there I asked the receptionist where Beth's room was and I followed her directions until I got there, through the window I could see Beth sleeping peacefully while Logan sat in the uncomfortable and hard looking chair next to it.

I walked in as quietly as possible, careful not to wake Beth up. When Logan saw me he pulled me into a tight hug.

"Were you here all day?" I asked him when we pulled apart,

Logan nodded.

He had dark bags under his eyes and his hair was messy but he still managed to look hot as ever.

"How is she?" I asked,

"She's getting discharged in the morning and she's doing okay, she'll be fine" Logan said but it sounded more like he was trying to convince himself.

"Hey look at me," I told him, placing my hands on the sides of his face, "Beth is a strong girl and she will be fine",

"That's what I just said," Logan told me with a smirk,

"Smartass" I said, turning away from him, crossing my arms across my chest.

Logan laughed in response.

That asshole.

He wrapped his arms around me from behind, placing soft kisses across my neck and I shivered in pleasure.

I spun around to face him again, pulling him into a long kiss; we pulled apart while breathing heavily.

I hope I never get tired of this feeling.

"It was amazing" Mia gushed through the phone, as I got ready on Saturday morning.

"He was such a gentleman and you should've seen him Lex... He looked so God damn hot" Mia said dreamily as I slipped on a pair of skinny jeans and a white cropped t-shirt.

"It was like a dream," she said and I smiled at how happy she sounded,

In the background I could faintly hear Megan yell " Mia, if you don't get your ass over here right now I'm going to puke all over the bed sheets that you're going to have to clean it up!"

"I'm coming! Calm your tits!" Mia yelled back, "Sorry, I'll call you back later, Megan has a stomach bug and she's convinced that I'm her personal slave",
