Chapter 2

"Hello Ellie" he said and winked at me.

" What are you doing here? " I asked a little confused.
"Well your parents invited me for dinner " he said.
Before I could say something else my mom came out from the kitchen and push ed me aside to give mr mendes a hug.
"Hello shawn!" My mom said with a happy tone.

'Shawn. Shawn mendes. Instagram here I come'

"Hello mrs murray" shawn said while he took of his shoes.
"Please, call me jenny" mom said with a smile on her face.
After that my dad came out of the kitchen too.
"Shawn this is my husband Matthew" my mom said while holding my dads hand.
"Call me matt" my dad said while he shook shawns hand.
"Nice to meet you matt" Shawn said.
"And this is our daughter Ellie " my dad said pointing at me.
"We already know each other" I said and smiled.
"He is my new english teacher"
"Oh how funny" my mom said.

"Lets go to the table, im starving" my dad said as he walked to the kitchen.
We all followed him and went to the dining room. We sat down at the table as my dad came in with the food.
As we started to eat my dad spoke up.

"So shawn. Do you have someone speciall in your life?" My dad asked and both me and mom sent him a glare for asking such a question.
But shawn didn't bother, he just smiled and shook his head no.
"No not at the moment" he answered and my heart fluttered.

'Wtf? Why do I even care, I've known him for a few hours.'

My dad nodded and we continued to eat. After a moment of silence shawn spoke up.
"This really taste amazing Jenny" he said and smiled at my mom.
"Well thank you shawn. Its me and Ellie who did it" my mom said and smiled back.
The rest of the dinner went by well and when it was over me and mom did the dishes while shawn and dad took a beer in our livingroom.
Half an hour later it was time for shawn to leave.

"Thank you for a lovely night shawn" my mom said as we all stood at at the door.
" Thank you for having me" shawn replied.
"The food was amazing"
"Oh that was nothing" my mom said.
"Well next time it's my turn to have you over" shawn said.
"That would be lovely" my dad said with a smile.
"Well I'll see you around and I will see you tomorrow" shawn said looking at me with a smile.
"Yes we will" my mom said as i just smiled at him.

And with that he walked out the door.
I walked up to my room and changed to a oversized t-shirt and went to bed.
And that night I only thought about one person.

Three weeks later thursday

"What do you have now?" Meja asked while we walked down the hallway of our school.
"English" I simply replied.

It was third period right now and we was on our way to shawns class.

"Okay me too" Meja replied.
"He was at our house yesterday" I suddenly blurred out.
"What why?" Meja asked.
"You know that i told you that i would have pur new neighboor over for dinner?" I asked.
"Is he your new neighboor?" Meja asked.
"Yes I didn't know he was before he was standing at our door" I replied.
"Damn im jealous"
"Why?"
"Because that man is a fucking sex God!" Meja said a little too loud.
"Quiet down! I dont want the whole school to know what we are talking about." I said laughing.
"Well I dont care If the whole school knows. I would let that man teach me a thing or two" she said with a smug smile.
"Damn you go all in Meja" I laughed.

We walked inside the classroom and took our seat in the middle row.
After about 5 minutes Shawn came and the class started.
"Hello class" he started and his eyes were instatly on me.
"Today we will start a little projekt that we will work with for a few weeks. You will work in teams and record when you talk about a to pic that I'll give to you" he said and The whole class groaned.
"And dont forget that this project will do 75% of your final grade.
At an Instant everyone kept quiet.
"Now i want you all to pair up four and four".

Me, meja, Marcus and alex, our two other bestfriends, paired up.

Mr mendes walked up to me and placed a paper in front of me.

Teacher student relationships.

I showed the group the paper and meja winked at me.
I just rolled my eyes at her.
"Ok so how will we do this?" Marcus asked.
I've always had a little crush on Marcus since we met.

" I think we should write a plan on what we are going to talk about and then we can start the recording" alex said and we all agreed.

The rest of the class we planer how we would do everything and what we were going to bring up.

After the lession the bell rang and everyone were rushing out of the classroom.
"Ellie could you stay after class" shawn called put to me just as i was about to leave the classroom.
"Yeah, sure" I replied.
"We'll meet you at lunch" Meja said as she left with Marcus and alex.
I sat back at my seat as shawn walked and closed the door.

"Okay so I was reading through your answers from the last test we had and i've seen that your resultat are only getting worse and worse. And that is a little weird because you have always been a fantastic student with good grades, even before I came. And i just want to ask you if its something that distract you?" He said after he had walked over to my seat.
"Um well there are a few things mayve" I said as i blush ed.

'If only he knew'

"And is it maybe boys that distract you?" He asked while staring at me.

'You. You are distracting me'

"Well yes something like that" I said blushing even harder.

"Well i've talked to your parents about this"

Oh boy.

"And im Wondering if you would like me to tutor you?" He said.

'This could be good'

"Yeah sure" I replied smiling.
"Okay great, would you like to come over tonight at 5?
"Okay ill be there at five" I said and stood up as he did the same.
"Okay se you later then" I said with a smile.
"Yeah see you" And with that I left for lunch.
