I looked at who stood in front of me shocked. "Father..." I whispered. My father smiles at me tilting his head slightly. "It's been a while hasn't it my sweet daughter?" He asked giving me a closed eyed smile. I felt tears start to form in my eyes as I quickly ran over to him giving him a hug.

He let out a small chuckle as he hugged me back gently stroking my hair. "Heh. It's ok Nanami. There's no need to cry." He whispered softly. I sniffled slightly hiding my face in his chest. The two of us stood like that for what seemed like hours before I pulled away. "Sorry..." I whispered rubbing the tears away.

He only smiled at me shaking his head. "Haha. No need to be sorry after all we haven't made contact since that day you almost died." He said. I nod my head watching as he went and took a seat in the chair. "Kino sure is spoiling you with such a nice room." He commended looking around.

"I don't think so." I said going and sitting at the end of my bed. He only chuckled slightly. "Nanami. We need to talk about something." He said after a moment of silence his expression and tone a very serious one. I looked at him my eyes narrowing slightly.

"What about?" I asked. "Is it true that your mother is back?" He asked. "..." I stayed silent for a moment remembering how angry father was with my mother that day when I was small. I bite my lip before speaking carefully. "Yes she is...as well as that human girl Yui." I spoke calmly.

I watched as father went and clenched his fists gritting his teeth together. "...But that's not all." I said causing him to look at me. "Uncle Seiji is the one who brought them back. He is also still alive." This caused fathers eyes to go wide in shock. "That can't be! Didn't you kill him?" He asked sitting up more.

I looked down closing my eyes. I remembered that day...the day I caught mother and uncle Seiji in the act...I remember feeling so angry that I didn't think when I went and stabbed my hand right through his skull. "Yes...I thought the same thing." I spoke calmly.

Father sighed holding his head. "This is a troublesome thing." He whispered to himself. "Father." I spoke looking up at him. "Why are you here?" I asked. He glanced over at me not saying a word. It was as if he was too afraid to tell me the truth. He let out a painful sigh as he closed his eyes.

"Nanami." He spoke softly. "I've seen your fate again...." He mumbled. "There's no way you'll survive this war once it ends." He said his voice filled with pain and sadness. I sat there my eyes wide in shock. 'I...won't survive?' I thought carefully. Father looked at me his red eyes filled with sadness.

"I'm so sorry my dear Nanami. I've tried to see if there was a way your fate could be changed but...no matter how many times I look at it you will end up dead." He said. I sat there silently staring down at my lap. My bangs had fallen in front of my face.

'So...no matter what I do...I'll end up dead...' I thought. "Tell me." I spoke. "Will I at least win this war?" I asked looking up at my father our eyes locking. He stayed silent for a moment as if he was debating on telling me the truth or not. "...Yes..." He whispered after a moment.

I could tell he was telling the truth but also the fact he was hiding something from me. I didn't want to ask more about it so I kept that part to myself. "Then I accept my fate." I said without hesitation. Father looked at me shocked. "Nanami?" He asked.

I looked at him giving him a small smile. "I'll be fine father. As long as I am able to keep my brothers and new friends safe I don't care if I end up dead. I won't let my brothers die father." I said seriously. He looked at me still in shock before letting out a small chuckle as he closed his eyes.

I watched as he went and leaned back into the seat. "Heh...you truly are a strong girl Nanami." He said. I just looked at him not saying a word. "Well then." He said standing up. I watched him walk over to me bending down slightly he went and pressed a kiss against my forehead.

I blushed slightly causing him to chuckle. "Nanami...." He whispered. I looked up at him listening to the next words he spoke once he opened his mouth. My eyes went wide in shock with what he said. He looked at me a small smile on his face before disappearing. I sat there in shock his words echoing throughout my mind.

Be careful with who you trust...someone close to you is going to kill your brothers...right before your dying eyes.

I sat there my body shaking slightly. "Someone close to me...but who?" I mumbled. I grit my teeth as I bring my arms up to hug myself. "Is it Rin? Carla? Shin? Shira?" I mumbled thinking of those four. "Or is it someone I haven't met yet?! Just who could it be?!" I yelled gripping my hair.

I looked over at the window. "..." I silently stand up making my way towards it. I go and open it feeling the cool breeze hit my face as my hair flies back slightly. I looked up at the moon before speaking.

"I know you're there." I said coldly. "You're the one aren't you...the one who's going to betray me." I said my eyes narrowing when I looked in front of me. I couldn't see anyone but I knew they were there watching me.

"Hehe
