A camera crew even showed up to talk to some of the contestants in line.

"Uh, let's hear from a few more of the folks in line. What about you, sir?" Bob, the reporter, asked a hippo.

"Well, Bob, I'm a lab technician for a leading pharmaceutical company, but I was born with a gift. And that gift is to sing," the hippo answered.

(A/N I'm just gonna say this: when those bunnies sang "Anaconda" by Nicki Minaj, prom memories were forming over and over again. Haha!)

More came in, including Ash and Lance, but Ash was the star who stole their performance.

As the auditions continued, Johnny was preparing to leave.

"Oi, Dad. Just going out," he called as his dad punched the little punching bag they had.

"Well, don't be long. I got the gang coming over," his dad answered.

He then got on his skateboard and headed for the theater.

The reporter continued to ask some more contestants about the contest.

"Well, look, I mean, I'm sure you're gonna get a lot of namby-pamby animals in here saying things like, 'Oh, it's not winning. It's the taking part that counts.' Yeah, yeah. Not me, pal. I'm here to win. That prize, it's mine," Mike said.

More animals kept going and then Johnny was just finishing his song "Stay With Me" by Sam Smith.

"This ain't love, it's clear to see,
But darling, stay with me"

"Wow! Thank you, Johnny," Buster said.

Johnny smiled as he left the stage.

"Okay, next up, we have Meena," Miss Crawly called.

"Good luck out there," Johnny replied to her as he went backstage.

"All right, come on. Here we go. Come on, you can do it. You can do it. Okay..." Meena mumbled to herself, knocked over the microphone stand, then apologized, "Oh, I'm s...Oh, I'm sorry. Uh...Okay."

"Hey, it's all right. You know, it's all right. Take it away, Meena," Buster remarked.

The music played and Meena prepared herself.

"Uh...okay. Uh...Mmm...um..." she replied, but nothing came out.

"Anytime, now," Buster urged.

"Uh..." Meena said, but her mind went blank and her heart started beating really fast.

"Do you want to start over?" Buster suggested.

"Um...uh..." Meena started to panic until she felt someone shoving her a little.

"All right, enough of that. That's quite enough of that. That's it. Come on. Off the stage, Helga. Go on. You're useless. Thanks," Mike commanded, making Meena walk off the stage sadly, then Mike replied, "Right. Here we go. Hit it!"

Then he threw his hat on Buster's head then started singing "Pennies from Heaven" by Louis Prima.

"Every time it rains
It rains pennies from heaven"

Next was Rosita and she sang "Firework" by Katy Perry.

"You just gotta ignite the light
And let it shine
Just own the night
Like the Fourth of July
'Cause baby you're a firework"

After her audition, Jamie was ready for her cue.

"Next up we have...Jamie," Miss Crawly called.

Jamie walked out on stage and Buster and Miss Crawly smiled warmly at her.

"Do your thing, Jamie!" Buster responded.

"Thanks," Jamie smiled as her song came on: "My Immortal" by Evanescence.

"I'm so tired of being here
Suppressed by all my childish fears
And if you have to leave
I wish that you would just leave
'Cause your presence still lingers here
And it won't leave me alone

These wounds won't seem to heal
This pain is just too real
There's just too much that time cannot erase

When you cried I'd wipe away all of your tears
When you'd scream I'd fight away all of your fears
And I held your hand through all of these years
But you still have all of me

You used to captivate me by your resonating light
Now I'm bound by the life you left behind
Your face, it haunts my once pleasant dreams
Your voice, it chased away all the sanity in me

These wounds won't seem to heal
This pain is just too real
There's just too much that time cannot erase

When you cried I'd wipe away all of your tears
When you'd scream I'd fight away all of your fears
And I held your hand through all of these years
But you still have all of me

I've tried so hard to tell myself that you're gone
But though you're still with me
I've been alone all along

When you cried I'd wipe away all of your tears
When you'd scream I'd fight away all of your fears
And I held your hand through all of these years
But you still have all of me
All of me...me...me..."

When she looked at Buster and Miss Crawly at the end, he wiped a couple of tears away while Miss Crawly was bawling her good eye out then her glass eye popped out. Jamie acted fast and got it for her.

"Thank you, Jamie," Miss Crawly sniffled.

"You're welcome," Jamie smiled.

"That was great. Thanks, Jamie," Buster stated.

She nodded her head to him and left the stage.
