Oh my God, I'm so stupid.
"I'm just not feeling it right now" Logan admitted and I nodded,
While you were busy making everyone's problems about yourself, your boyfriend was hurting.
"We'll always miss them won't we?" I said and he nodded, "That feeling? It'll never go away?" he just shrugged,
"She died loving you Logan, she died knowing that you'd be okay without her, that she didn't have to worry about you and I know you're struggling but it hurts only because it mattered. All those memories mattered to you and they mattered to her too- those feelings, they're keeping you sane ...God I suck at this don't laugh at me", that earned me a small smile and my heart swelled just to see that little gesture.
We pulled me into a long hug, "How're you feeling now? Because honestly I have no idea where I'm going with this, it's times like these when I really do appreciate what you say when you comfort me, you have a way with words Logan Ryder, I absolutely suck-"
Then he kissed me; I wrapped my arms around his neck as he did my waist. His lips tasted like heaven on earth and I moaned softly as he deepened the kiss.
We pulled back, panting heavily,
"Shut the hell up, Alexandra" he chuckled softly and I found myself joining in.
Suddenly the bell went off signalling the next period,
"I'll walk you to class" Logan said to me and I nodded.
He entwined our hands as we walked down towards my next class as more students filled the hallways,
As I walked down I received dirty glares from the girls and not so soft whispers filled the corridor,
"What the hell?"
"She's with Logan"
"Damn, he could do so much better"
"Who does she think she is?"
I felt Logan's hand get tighten around my own and I could tell his temper was rising,
And then someone wolf whistled,
"What the fuck" he growled and the whole room went silent,
Including me.
I felt like the only thing I could hear was my heart beating in my ears, Logan could be a real teddy bear around me but what I'm seeing right now could make a grown man cry.
"Logan" I warned, he didn't respond for a few seconds, his features were hard; his eyes were dark and bore into the crowd and his mouth were set in a thin line.
We flicked his gaze over to me and his eyes softened.
"Take a picture, it'll last longer!" he said to the crowd before he tugged me towards my next period.

"So practice is going to be an hour longer starting today" Monique told us after school, "On another note please welcome our newest cheerleader, Annabeth!"
It was pin drop silent, Mia had told me how strict Monique was about cheerleading and for her to let Anna on the team was pretty huge.
When nobody did anything I started a slow clap that spread through the rest of the team, Mia shot me a strange look when Anna stood next to me as we began practice.
"Come on, Alex!" Anna called back to me as we ran laps, "Just one more lap!"
"One more lap my ass," I muttered as Monique yelled for us to do two more laps around the track.
