but today I'll be talking about Kente 😙! If you grew up with West African parents you probably got the chance to wear this patterned fabric if you bought it from someone else or if your mom sewed it for you herself. I have like 4 or 5 kente dresses my mom has sewed for me and I usually wear them when I go to church or if I'm going to some African wedding.
Kente can be worn in dresses, pants, shoes, head wraps, tops, bathing suits, etc. The fabric came from Ghana (where my parents are from 😋) honestly I didn't like wearing kente as a child but now all I want is another kente dress.

need me a kente headwrap 😫 But that highlight 😙 Alot of my family members wear kente headwrap s especially my mom but I've never had one but I do recall asking my mom to make me a headwrap along with a dashiki 😂
