Bellamy
You broke up with him, when he didn't have time for you and wasn't talking to you almost at all. He knew it was his fault. But he was too busy to try to fix things between you. He didn't want to disappoint you again so he just accepted this, but missed you a lot.
Jasper
Your relationship with Jasper always has been difficult. After he got too involved in Mount Weather and met Maya you didn't want to continue your relationship. Jasper didn't try to get you back after the break up. But when you were captured by Azgeda he knew he have to find you.
Monty
Monty and you didn't get along and argued a lot. You both decided it's time to break up. But when Monty lost his mom he needed someone who would help him get through this. You started talking again and he told you about his problems.
Murphy
Relationship with Murphy was a real challenge but after some time you had enough of constant sarcastic comments, arguments and mood changes. You told John you need a break. He took this bad, thinking that's excaly what he deserves.
Lincoln
Lincoln broke up with you for your good. He didn't want to put you in risk while conflict between skaikru and grounders. His heart broke but he lied that he's not into you anymore to keep you away from him.
Finn
When Finn cheated on you, you broke up with him and told him you don't want to talk with him ever again. Despite this he tried to get you back. He was apologizing and giving you little gifts all the time.
Roan
You and Roan broke up because of a conflict between your clans. But both of you still loved each other and missed being together. When Echo asked Roan about you he clenched his jaw and felt your loss even more.
