The Doctor's Operation

I woke up to see a light in the operating room flickering as the doctors' heads moved around yelling at each other and poking things into my chest. Yet I didn't feel a thing. There was a clear mask over my face. I'm guessing that was for oxygen. I didn't know a thing that was going on. I didn't even remember two days ago or what I did yesterday.  Out of the corner of my eye, I could see my best friend and another person by her side. I wasn't too sure who it was. It was a boy. The boy almost looked our age. He had short dirty blonde hair. The strange boy was tall and was wearing long muddy jeans with a blue t-shirt on. He almost looked familiar, like I had seen him before. I looked back at my friend, but all I could see were tears running down her face. Her eyes were almost full red from crying so hard. I wanted to get up and tell her that everything was going to be fine. That everything wouldn't be bad. I slowly peered back over at the doctors and their operation on me. To the left, I saw the heart monitor. It beeped slowly, it got quicker every minute I was awake. All I could think of was, "how did I get here? Who was the strange boy? Why did he look familiar?" I wanted to sit up and ask the doctors and nurses what was going on? I tried to lift my arms but two both my wrists were strapped down to the long operation table. I stared up, hoping for mercy that I could go back to before I got here. Even my legs were strapped to the table. I struggled and attempted one last time to get up. But all my energy was gone. The lights above me were almost blinding, they were mirror-like. Suddenly, I noticed a long thick needle in one of the Nurse's hands. They stuck it into my skin and slowly injected it into my arm. Then, the lights went pitch black, the last thing I heard was screaming from one of the doctors.
