I didn't want to be inside anymore. The fresh salt-water air was the only comfort I had. I needed to breath..
As the palm trees swayed so did I. It was a dance singing to the rhythm of the ocean.
I sat crossed legged, facing the elaborate performance. This is where I wanted to be.
I needed to leave all of it behind because the past stopped me from moving forward.
My happiness was shot down by sadness.
I am in this moment, this time. Life is right before my eyes; the glistening of crystals blinding my sight.
It was true magic, but the only magic right now.
My feet pick me up from the ground. I take a couple of steps forward, slap my hands into the water. Droplets fly to the sky.
I make my own rain this time. It's my cry for happiness.
