How do you fall in and out of love with someone?
How do you try to shut off the love you had once for a split moment.
That one second of time where they aren't in your head,
a time of peace.
You can take a breath, close your eyes,
and they aren't there.
I've tried the impossible
it's impossible
it feels impossible
When he's forgotten what you can't possibly forget.
