Uh-Oh....

The plane had been in the air for about fifteen minutes at this point. Carly had been having in-depth conversations with her new friend. Jon was such a good conversationalist. Carly was mesmerized by his very detailed and interesting stories about how much he enjoyed performing and creating.  He showed her some of the videos he'd posted online and Carly thought they were absolutely hilarious.

"This is the video that made me...." Jon began.

"Famous?" Carly proposed.

"I really hate using that word, but yes..... Famous would be the way to describe it." He chuckled lightly and turned his phone off.

"So, do you like what you do. Is it difficult?" She asked.

Jon looked her straight in the eyes, "I love what I do. Yeah, it's a little stressful sometimes, but it's worth it to see all of the fans I've helped. When I do Meet-and-Greets, I listen to them tell me stories about how I helped them laugh while they were depressed. They also share tales about how their whole family likes my videos and bonds over them. It makes me happy. Just like how your conversation makes me happy." He smiled at Carly.

"I know we've only known each other for about 20 minutes, but I can't help but feel the same." Carly subtly bit her lip and looked forward and continued to smile. Jon had turned back as well and was smiling just the same.

Suddenly the plane made a loud noise, and the entire plane started talking again. This time, not about random silly stories, but about what that sound was. Then, the masks dropped from the ceiling and a siren began going off. Everyone was panicking, but the speaker went on telling everyone to keep calm and stay buckled.

There was a mumble of voices rippling throughout the plane. Everyone was trying guess what happened. The flight attendents came out and checked everyone's seat, then they sat down in the benches and strapped themselves down. They looked as scared as everyone else.

Carly looked right a Jon with a look of true fear and began putting her mask on.
