This is the end.... Thank you for everything guys, it's been an absolute pleasure to write for you and each and every one of you has given me strength and purpose. I love you all and if I can do anything to help any of you then don't hesitate to ask!

P.s this definitely might not follow the cannon storyline for the last part of the game but it has to be this way for it to make sense 😋

But first, your final chapter-

(Y/n)'s POV

"I thought you said they would be quick?" I grumble to my mother on the other side of the room as I slide lazily down the wall and sit on the cold ground.

"I said they would be done by evening, it is only a few hours past mid day. Didn't they teach you to be patient?" Mother growls, sitting at her desk and writing in the ledger.

"They taught me to get things done at whatever cost. Or else I wouldn't have asked for your help." I sigh, leaning my head back and feeling another body drop down besides me. I open one eye to peek at Ferdinand who is leaning against the wall beside me, eyes closed and knees close to his chest.

"You could have been so much more if you'd stayed. I knew from the day of your fourth birthday, do you remember what you told me?" I cast my eyes towards the ageing woman, her eyes full of fondness and a smile playing on her lips. "You told me that if you concentrated, concentrated really hard, you could see people in different colours. I was so happy when you told me you could even see them through the walls, even the greatest of our kind couldn't do that."

I smile slightly at the memory, at one of the only times I'd been truly happy as a child.

"You were proud, father was disgusted. Quite confusing for me." I muse, noticing Ezio staring at me. "What's up with you?"

"You can see? You have the eyes?" He stammers, surprise consuming his features. "I thought only Assassins had that gift?"

"Took you long enough sweetheart." Mother chuckles, throwing a ring up in the air and catching it. "Did she not tell you?"

"I was never one hundred percent sure. My memories are unclear and father never like to talk about you." I say in an attempt to justify my 'secret'.

"You are an assassin?" Ezio asks, still shocked.

"By blood yes, do keep up love."

Just as Ezio is about to release a volley of questions a young girl bursts into the room holding a wedge of papers.

"These were just delivered for you madame!"

"Finally!" I sigh, quickly standing and taking the papers.

"That's what we waited all this time for?" Ezio asks, glancing over my shoulder at the pages. "Codex pages? You got all of them?"

"Yes now we have to hurry up and get Leo to translate them. Thank you mother." I venture, looking briefly at her, the woman who gave me up to my sick father all too easily. "And mother...it would be nice if I could visit again soon."

A surprised smile arches across her face and she nods,

"I would like that, you know where you can always find me."
