MEETING HIS FATHER I

Kasalukuyang nandito kami sa apartment namin ni Loki, together with Al and Jamie. Al is totally fine now. Kaming dalawa madalas ang magkasama dahil wala naman kasi yung parents niyang pwedeng umalaga sa kanya. Besides he doens't like them to stay here dahil baka raw magka-problema yung company nila. And of course I care for him and he's my childhood friend so ako mismo nag-insist sa parents niyang umalaga kay Alistair until he recovers.

Infact, this is the first time, since the not-so-really-QED Club-disbanded-thingy-thing happened, na magkakasama kami ulit. Because as I said, madalas kong samahan si Al. Ewan ko nalang sa dalawa kung nagkasama ba sila sa panahong magkasama kami ni Alistair.

"Aww, this moment would have been much better if we are in the QED CLUB ROOM." Jamie said breaking the silence. I would agree with that. I miss the club room. "What matters is we're all together," sabi ni Al habang may ginagawa sa phone niya. Playing everwings maybe.

"Guys what so you want it to eat ba? Magluluto akl." I said standing. Naramdaman ko na kasing tumutunog na yung tiyan ko kaya nag-suggest na akong mag-luto. "The ball is on your court." Loki simply replied. I turned my back to them and started walking to the kitchen.

After few minutes, ay nakapagluto narin ako. I prepared the plates and foods and called them.

"Loki dear bat ang tahimik mo ata ngayon?" Jamie asked out of nowhere. Pansin ko nga. Actually, pansin naming lahat. Maybe no just dares to ask to not worsen what Loki is thinking. But Jamie is brave enough to ask what I should have ask before.

Unti-unting bumagal ang pagkakagat ni Loki sa kinakain niya and looked at her. "Am I? Well probably I get silent when there's no cases to solve." He simply said then continue doing his business. "It's not eh. You seem unusual today." Jamie said again. Nakita ko namang nagigting ang mga panga ni Loki symbolizing he's getting pissed. "I think you need to do something Lori." Al whispered to me. I looked at Loki only to see him looking at me.

His eyes are telling me to tell something in order to change the topic. "Uhm, baka may epekto pa yung gamit na pinatake ko sa kanya kagabi. May ubo kasi si Loki kahabi so I gave him medicine." I said which is true. Last night, Loki can't stop coughing, magpaulan ba naman siya sa malakaa na ulan. So I gave him medicine and applied some vix in his temple and neck niya para malessen yung pagka-ubo niya.

"What? Nagkasakit si Loki kagabi? Why didn't you tell me last night Lori? Para natulog sana ako dito kagabi nang maalagaan si Loki dear." She said standing and cupping Loki's face to check if he'a really okay now. Nagkatinginan naman kami niAl sa isa't-isa. Maybe we find it awkward especially nandito pa kami.

"I'l okay na Jamie. Lori's with me the whole night. Checking if everything's alright with me. In fact I even told her to sleep at my room." Nabilaukan naman ako sa sinabi ni Loki. Well hindi ko na nga sinabi yun kina Jamie tas bubukingin rin pala ako? Tss.

Al looked at me with a curious face while Jamie glared at me. "What he meant is that I s-slept at his room para mautusan niya ako sa lahat ng gusto niyang ipakuha. T-tsaka sa sahig naman niya ako pinatulog." I said explaining the whole situation.

Nakaramdam tuloy ako ng init dito sa paligid. "No I didn't. I told you to sleep at my bed while I will be on the floor but you said baka malamigan yung likod ko which will make it worse. I even said we can sleep together at my bed but you refused because you might get cough also. So you forced me to say yes for you to sleep on the floor."

I glared at him. Hindi niya ba napapansin na todo-todo na yung masamang tingin sakin ni Jamie?

"You sure nothing bad happened?" Said Al smirking. "Wala!" Agad kong sagot. "Uhm, cr muna ako. Sumakit tiyan ko eh." I said at dali-daling pumunta sa cr. Feeling ko talaga sobrang init dun sa kusina eh. Idagdag mo pa yung masamang tingin ni Jamie sakin. Pinaypayan ko ang sarili ko at hinugusan ko ang akong mukha. You shouldn't have tell that Loki!

Paglabas ko sa cr ay di ko sila nakita kanina. So maybe nasa kwarto sila ni Loki. I didn't bother to go there instead I went to my room and check my social medias. Di ko nalang namalayan na nakatulog na pala ako.

Nagising ako dahil nakarinig ako ng sigae ni Jamie. Agad-afmgad akong bumangkn at lumabas. "What happened?" Kinakabahan kong tanong. "Al and L-Loki they're nowhere to be found" she said.

Guys!!!!! I'm so sorry sa super duper as in super duper late na update po. Kakatapos lang po kasi ang RSPC (Hi sa mga journalists diyan) and thank God I got qualified to NSPC! So to all those NSPC qualifiers kitakits!!!

And I know na maikli po itong part na to but I'll try making the second part longer and more pleasant! Anyway, baka today ko rin i-update yung second part nito so there you have it guys!
