“Am I dead” Kath asked as she slowly opened her eyes only to be welcomed by Daniel worried face. He was holding her hands and presses it in his cheeks.

“Kath, thank God you’re okay” Daniel said then let out a sigh of relief Patrick and Roanna was inside the room.

“Where am Aghhhh” Kath was saying when she felt a pain in her stomach, tears started to run from her eyes because of the pain.

“Babe relax they’re getting you ready for labor” Daniel said trying to calm her down. This is the first time he has seen Kath in so much pain that he can’t help to wonder if this was her condition as well when she had Kristine.

“Babe… Aghh… Promise me you won’t leave me Aghhhh…” Kath asked as she hold Daniel hands more tightly

“I promise Babe. Now just relax everything will be alright” Daniel said as she tried to cooed her, then the Doctor entered

“It’s time, Are you ready Mrs. Padilla” The doctor asked  Kath looked at Daniel, Daniel hold her hands more tightly for assurance that he will stay by her side and also smiled then nodded, Then Kath looked at The doctor and nod as well.

After a few minutes Kath was transferred to the Delivery room and Daniel never once leave her side.

“Daniel whatever happens, Promise me you’ll choose our sons over me” Kath said as he looked at Daniel with pleading eyes, Daniel can’t believe what Kath just said, he shook his head in disapproval

“I can’t promise you that, you and our boys will survive this, we will survive this” Daniel said as she gently stroked Kath’s hair away from her face, Kath was being prepared for the operation.

“Daniel please” Kath pleaded once more, he just stayed silent not knowing what to say

“No Kath, I won’t I can’t choose between you and our children” Daniel replied, He knows he can’t promised her that, not in a billion years.

“We should start now” The Doctor said as she looked up to Kath breaking their thoughts

“Daniel please, for me” Kath asked her voice was becoming weaker

“We should start, Now Mrs. Padilla I need you to push when I said so” The Doctor said

“Now Push” He commanded and with all her might Kath pushed

“Ahhhhhhhhhhh” She screamed as she tried to push hard her hands gripped on Daniel arms her nails dugged dipper in his arms

“Aghh.. Kath not too tight “ Daniel said as he tried to loosen Kath;s grip in his Arm making Kath give him a death glare, Daniel has to gulped
