Chapter 28-Cosplay dates part.1

I decided what part of the Cosplay event I want to take Cory to. The video game part. I know all the others probably wanted to take him to that part. But that was the only part I could think of. I mean I'm pretty sure he's not that interested in the other parts. I mean I'm not sure that's why I went with the video game part because I know he likes video games. 

I read what things happen in the video game part. I read that there will be places to buy stuff and play some games. I also read that there is a few places there where you can do some games in real life. The real life games are life that DBD thing that the others keep talking about.

They sound pretty cool so I'm excited to see what they're like. I have two hours with Cory. I planed some of what we're going to do. Now all I have to do is ask him. 

I walked over to Cory. He was talking to Ashlie when I came over. I waited for them to finish their conversation before I started talking to Cory. I hope he says yes.

"Hey Cory," I smiled.

"Hey Bri, How are you?" 

"I'm good Cory, You?"

"I'm great,"

"I need to ask you something," I said.

"Go ahead," he said.

"Cory, do you wanna hangout right now?"

"We already are,"

"Yeah but like let's go over to the video game section,"

"Oh Sure, just us?" He asked.

"Yeah," I said.

"Like a date?"

"I mean If you want,"

"Sure, let's go," he grabbed my hand and we walked over to the video game section. It look super cool. There were so many people dressed up as video game characters. There were a few huge walls separating some stuff. I think the walls are blocking off where the real life games are going on. Each room probably had one real life version of a game in it. Then I noticed the big signs over the doorways of the rooms. It said what game was going on in there.

One was a zombie game and another was stealth game. They still sounded really cool. I looked around at the other things. There were lots of booths selling cool looking stuff. And there were a few places to play games.

"Where do you want to go first?" I asked. He thought for a second then said.

"How about we play the real life horror game?" He suggested. I went pale. I hate horror games.

"Um Yeah, let's go there." We slowly made our way over to the horror game room. We stopped a bunch to take pictures with people. Some who wanted pictures with us and others we wanted to take pictures with. We finally made our way to the back of the line for the real horror game. It was kinda short. Probably because not many people want to be scared.

I wonder what horror game it is. Hope it's not to scary. I was thinking of what game it could possibly be until I heard screaming. It was coming from the horror room. That means it's scary,right? Of course it means it's scary. Why did we have to go to the horror game first?

-20 minutes of waiting later-

It was finally out turn to go in. We had to go in with two other people. They seemed pretty cool so I didn't really care. A lady told us that the game is called "Friday the thirteenth". Cory seemed pretty excited to play this game. The lady explained the rules to us and how we are supposed to "escape" Jason. She also told us that none of us are going to be Jason. She also said if we had any thing bad that would happen if we play a horror game then we should leave.
