"WHAT IS IT WITH YOU PEOPLE AND YANKING MY EYE OUT?!" He angrily added as he sighed at the end.
"Ha! Well, you deserved it anyways!" Shooting Star exclaimed as Bill suddenly flew away, covering his eye-hole with his hands.
'Those stupid kids... They don't know what they're dealing with here!' Bill thought to himself as he teleported to his dimension, or the chaos he calls "home".
'What was their problem anyway? All I was doing was my job... Assigned by myself! AHAHAH, dang i'm funny. Well anyway, if i'm gonna do this, I need someone who I could count on then! Like... Like a sidekick! Nah, sounds dumb. I guess its more of an assistant or something like that. Seems impossible though... Unless...' Bill has finally had enough with those stupid "Mystery Twins", heck even with Gravity Falls itself! In order to achieve his plan, he knew he needed help, and knew just where to get it.
He finally regenerated his eye and laughed evilly as he finished his inner monologue. He made a list of places..err...dimensions...that he would go to.
As he finished setting up and getting ready, he finally teleported into this portal-like tunnel and floated to the end.
