Hermione felt horrible. Another one of her best friends had died and she never ever mentioned how much she loved her. Hermione loved her like a sister and as she hadn't had any siblings of her own, it was a nice feeling. But now that feeling was gone, never to return.

As Hermione was thinking, a song she had once heard came into her mind. She decided to sing it, knowing that it replicated most of her feelings, as well as the fact that it could help her.

So she started singing, letting loose all of her feelings into one song.

All the times that it slipped my mind to mention.
That you're the one I need and if I forgot to tell you, I was wrong to ever doubt it and you're all I think about, yeah.
There's a million words I should have said.
I remember you were standing in my doorway.
And the words were on my lips, that you never looked so beautiful.
Oh, just to be near you, don't you know how good that feels.
These are all the things I should of said.
Did I miss my chance, is it too late.
To say.
Now I'm half a world away from you.
But you're always on my mind.
There's a million words that I could've said.
And you might still be mine.
If there's someone where I used to be.
I hope he tells you every day.
With a million words that I should of said.
I wish I could tell you.
Always.
When you were mine, did I push you far away.
Blame this whole weight on my shoulders, bearing down on me.
But then I only had to see you, don't you know how good that feels.
These are all the words I should've said.
Did I miss my chance is it too late.
To say.
Now I'm half a world away from you.
But you're always on my mind.
There's a million words that I could've  said.
And you might still be mine.
If there's someone where I used to be.
I hope he tells you every day.
With a million words that I should've said.
I wish I could tell you.
Always.
And if I could only catch your eye and throw a smile.
Maybe I could stop to say what's screaming in my mind.
You should know that what I want to say could take all night.
Or my whole life.
Do I get a second chance to make you mine.
Tonight.
Now I'm half a world away from you.
But you're always on my mind.
There's a million words that I could've said.
And you might still be mine.
And if I ever get the chance again.
I would tell you every day.
With a million words that I should've said.
I wish I could tell you.
Always.
Always.
Always.
Always.
Always.

Half way through the song, Ron came in, but Hermione, not taking any notice of him, continued singing.

At the end of the song, Ron said to Hermione, "I never knew that you were such a great singer," Hermione looked up and blushed.
"How long were you standing there?" she asked quietly.
"Long enough to know that you are the greatest singer on the universe," he answered. Hermione went a deeper red. "I just thought that - well - I never got to say to Harry or Ginny how much I loved them. I decided to tell them in a song. And you never know, one day we might see them again," Hermione said.

Ron grinned at her and she grinned back. Just then, they knew that with each other, they could take on the universe.

Together.

Aww, a lovey-dovey moment between Hermione and Ron. And you haven't even heard of Hermione in the other world! I absolutely love that song, it's been stuck in my head for ages. Anyway, I could make a Pokemon fanfiction, a Yo Kai Watch fanfiction or a Minecraft Story Mode fanfiction next. Which one should I do?
