Spaghetti Salad

This is a perfect and refreshing summer salad great with picnics and bbq's , also good to have on hand for family and friend's that doesn't eat dairy or meat.

1 pound spaghetti noodles 

1/2 cup finely chopped bell pepper

1/2 cup finely chopped celery

 1  fresh chopped tomatoes

1/2 chopped red onion

1-16 oz bottle Italian dressing

1 cucumber washed,  thinly sliced and cut into quarters


Cook noodles according  to package, when done drain an cool in a bath of cold water then drained again. In large bowl with lid combine noodles, bell peppers, celery, tomatoes, red onions, cucumbers add dressing toss well cover and place in fridge over night. Toss before going to bed and toss again before serving. Enjoy
