I'm personally not much into lengthy routines for hair. But what I do without fail is...

A hot oil massage just a night before hair wash.

Ingredients :

Virgin coconut oil - 2 tbsp (depends upon the length of your hair)

Virgin castor oil - 1 tsp(always take a relatively small quantity as it can cause headache)

Procedure :

Heat both the oils and then add Lavender essential oil and capsule to it. Mix well and apply starting from the roots of your hair and make your to the tips.

A 5 minutes massage 💆 followed by steam is preferable but if time doesn't permit, just comb them and tie them into a loose braid/plait.

Wash off with the shampoo and conditioner which suits you best. It always vary from person to person.

Some major tips :

* Always trim your hair every 3-4 months (I generally do it by myself at home coz they tend to cut off more than required length of hair.

* Always use heat protectors or live on conditioners, to protect your hair from pollution.
(Aloe Vera gel as per me is the best one you can ever find.)

* Avoid using dryers and other electronic devices or colouring your hair if they are fragile or damaged.

* Use caps or scarfs if you have to stay under direct sun for long.

* If you have dandruff problems then I recommend to use anti dandruff shampoo and conditioner (head and shoulders is best according to me, PS. No publicity here my honest opinion)
Also dandruff is caused due to dryness of scalp, hence oiling your hair becomes all the more necessary.

* Always apply conditioner to your dry tips and not your scalp, it may cause dandruff if applied to scalp. Also semi dry your hair after shampoo and then go for conditioner. The damp hair helps to lock the conditioning the conditioner provides rather than wet hairs.
Also let the conditioner sit for not more than 15 minutes. It's a myth that keeping conditioner for hours works better.

*Most important dring at least 3litres of water daily.

Also note benefits of all oils will be coming up in the next update.
