"Anak, gising na!" I woke up to my dad trying to wake me up but still I felt sleepy "We're going to the hospital to meet someone" I woke up and slowly I stood up

"Kain na ho!" One of the maids smiled at me

I sat on the dining table facing my dad "Bakit tayo pupunta ng hospital?"

He sipped his drink "My own personal assistant"

I glared at him "Ano naman ito dad?"

"Kailangan ng pamilya niya ng tulong, I think yung anak niya na lalaki ay may aksidente nung nasa Pilipinas sila at ito oh! kanyang details sa aking bagong private assistant" he gave me a brown folder

After I ate my breakfast, he gave me time to rest so I watched TV and fixed my clothes in which I want to wear. I decided to wear his jacket and I just remembered the brown folder. As I open the folder "Rosario Borja Viceral" I squinted my eyes "Nanay ni Vice ang private assistant ni daddy" hindi naman matago sa akin ang kilig, excitement at pagiging nervous pero ito na yungnhinihintay ko

After hours napagisipan ni dad na sabay na kami kasama sila Nanay Rosario at Vice kumain ng lunch.

"Anak! tapos ka na ba?" Dad shouted from downstairs

I quickly grab my bag and headed to the car "You ready?" I nodded in response.

After minutes of driving to the hospital, we finally arrived, we both passed by many people then I saw Nanay Rosario "Dad, there she is" I pointed to the nurse station which she was talking to a nurse

"Where's his room?" I whispered to his ears

"Over there at Room 273" he pointed to a green door

I left them to talk while I went inside Vice's room, he was just standing there packing his things, I couldn't handle my excitement so when he turned to look at me I immediately ran him to hug him "Vice!! I missed you" I wanted him to response but he didn't even hug me back "Something wrong?" I looked at his face still hugging him

"Um.. miss, my name is not Vice" he broke the hug and gave me his hand "I'm Peter by the way what's your name?"

"Enough with your jokes Vice" I laughed

"Do you think I'm joking?" his eyebrows furrowed

"Mr. Peter are you ready?" a nurse came in and asked

"Yup" he smiled

"Do you want to help me with those?" the nurse asked

he gave one of his bag "Thanks Anne" they left me

I followed them "So, let's get some lunch" I heard my dad when I was already outside the room "By the way Rosario" he took my hand and led me closer to her "This is my daughter Karylle" he introduced me.

"Hi po" I said quite shy

"So your name is Karylle" Vice went beside his mother, me and his mother just stared at each other.

"So what? are you going to just stand there and stare at each other or eat some lunch" that broke our awkwardness

"Nay, sama na rin natin si Anne" Vice suggested but Anne shaked her head to disagree "Your free diba? break time mo?" he kept on pushing

"Pero Peter hindi naman ako nagyaya na mag lunch tayo si Mr. Modesto" she told her son

"Ate Karylle!" a girl ran to me
