Chapter Seven

~ Demi's POV ~

I sighed as I looked from my balcony. The guys went out to play soccer, I watched them kick to each other causally "You like him?" I heard, the voice of Bella's.

I sighed "I swear... I didn't want to." I said, turning around "I'm not even positive."

She smiled "Love happens, do you think I wanted to fall for some celebrity, who had a background of woman after an abusive relationship?" She questioned.

I shook my head, biting my lip "But, me and Niall. It's just so wrong, I feel like it's wrong in so many levels." I said "Why didn't I feel this way before? When we were in high school?"  Bella looked at me, not able ot answer the question "Me and Niall knew each other before fame became a big thing for both of us, but I wasn't like this towards him,"

"Well, maybe that feeling was killed by hatred. You probably secretly did but cause with everything that went on in your life, your love life was ignored." She answered, she came over the balcony and watched Harry properly "Love, is amazing feeling, yet sometimes scary but in life you need to take risks."

I sighed "I just don't know..." I mumbled, I looked to Bella and she waved, I turned my head she got Zayn's attention which got Harry's. He waved right back at her and looked at me so I decided to wave at him. We watched Harry jog over to do something.

"Harry, said we should come down." Bella said, I looked over at her as she looked at her phone. I nodded before sticking on shoes and walking to the elevator and pressing the button which wasn't forever away but was really close "So, Demi. How long have you been feeling for Niall?"

"Bella, I'm not even positive about my feelings." I replied, she gave me that look and I knew I was just lying to myself "I started to notice my acting before we went to the restaurant..." I mumbled, ashamed slightly "I came here for my time, not to fall in love. I just figured that out."

"Yeah, but love comes when you least expect it." Bella says as we walk into the elevator "Nothing comes your way when you aren't look for it." She joked.

I laughed "So true and when your internet stops working in an important conversation." I said, making Bella laugh a bit more.

We kept on quoting funny things you found online or came up just then and there. The doors opened and we kept on making each other laugh. The could air hit my face as we walked around a bit to we reached the grass area where the guys were. Eleanor, Perrie and Sophia are doing their own thing, I think they are going on a date and getting outfits.

Me and Bella sat on the bench and watched them play, gossiping and chit chatting about make up, typical thing girls do "Hey, girls!" I heard Harry shout, we turned our heads to him "Great to see you guys getting along."

I nodded, the rest came up besides Niall... Is he ignoring me? Is it something I said? Have I been too clingy without noticing? Wait, why would he bother? I'm nothing but a sister to him! Brain, don't get my hopes up, I have to be strong. I looked to the others "So, Demi. How's life, we haven't talked much recently." Liam smiled.

"Yeah, been doing my own thang." I laughed off "Well, with Niall too. I usually have been waking up and I'll be like 'I want to do this... wanna come?' and he would answer a yes." I said, as my heart flattered, talking about him "Or it's the other way around, mostly cause you guys ditch us to do couple things!"

 "Are you guys both a secret couple?" Harry questioned.

I looked at him weirdly "Why would we be a couple?" I questioned, he doesn't like me like that. I feel like everyone wants my hopes to be smashed.

"Well, it's too late now, so anyway Niall likes-"

"Sup?!" Niall came up quickly, I smiled at him but he looked a bit worried as he starred at Louis giving some kind of sign.
