Kayden's POV
I slowly opened my eyes, squinting slightly to let them adjust to the light. I stretched my arms up, over my head and looked around. Everything was quiet. I smiled slightly, remembering the night before, with Robin.
I knew something was wrong with her. I knew she was hiding something. Something big. There was some sort of story in her eyes, but just because her eyes didn't tear, it didn't mean her heart didn't cry. I wasn't going to make her tell me. I knew what it was like to live with big secrets. I had secrets of my own.
I sighed, and ran my hand through my hair.
"Robin?" I called out.
There was no answer.
"Robin?" I tried again.
Still no answer.
Where is she?
I looked around the entire suite twice, before deciding to go out to look for her.
I spent nearly an hour running around trying to find her. I checked the deck, the multiple pools and game rooms, the bar and many of the restaurants. I started to panic, thinking she had jumped ship, or something bad happened to her, until I walked into the juice bar.
I spotted her dark brown hair from across the room, and frowned as I saw the man sitting opposite her.He was buff, no doubt about that, and looked around 30-ish, but what really pissed me off, was that she was laughing at something he had said.
She had been sitting here laughing with this guy, while I had been running around, trying to find her. I stared at her for a while, before she turned around, and saw me.
Her eyes widened in surprise, obviously not exception to see me there. I narrowed my eyes at the blonde guy, as I stalked toward their table.
"Hey" She smiled at me as if nothing was wrong.
"Hi" I said dryly.
"Um... Robin? Aren't you going to introduce me?" Blonde guy cleared his throat.
"Right... Kayden, this is Caleb. Caleb this is Kayden my... uh-"
"Boyfriend" I finished for her as I shook his hand with a forced smile.
He flinched a little at the tightness of my grip, but smiled nonetheless.
"Sweetheart, we should really go back. The others are waiting to eat breakfast" I turned to her.
I could tell she was going to reply with a snarky comment, but close her mouth after I gave her a pointed look.
She nodded ever so slightly and smiled at Caleb.
"See you around babe" he winked at her.
I'm sorry BABE!?
He just called her BABE in front of ME!?
"Bye Caleb" she rolled her eyes as she hugged him a little too long for my liking.
"Don't miss me too much" He grinned at her.
"I'll try" She fake sighed, playing along with him.
"Let's go" I cleared my throat, clearly annoyed.
******
"What the fuck Kayden!?" Robin yelled as we came back to the room.
