"Oh dear, we got ourselves into a sticky situation." He tells her with a sad smile
"Indeed we did." She responds blinking away the tears.
"We had fun didn't we?" He asks her seeing a tear that made its way down her face.
They were in love and although they never said it aloud, they both knew the feeling was mutual. For if one could feel half of what they felt, one would believe that love truly did exist.
"Oh Harry why did we do this to ourselves?" She couldn't help but break down.
He wanted to comfort her, he wanted to say it was worth it but was it truly worth it? Sure a summer of love filled adventures would bring a smile to anyone's face, but would they do it all again if they knew that goodbye would be this hard?
He kept quiet and she knew this was the end.
