Connor x reader "The Quest"(part 4)

Arriving at the room, Katie passed out on one of the two beds. You placed your stuff next to her, and took out your medical kit. Then you made the guys sit on the other bed so that you could heal them. Will, your brother, had thought you some tricks so you were quite good at healing.
First you attended Connor's bite, because that venom was really making you nervous. After doing some work, you gave him some ambriosa.
"There, eat that for the pain, and you should be healed by the morning" you told him. He gave you a smile and thank you.
Then it was your time to heal Travis, you cleaned his wound and gave him some ambriosa. Before you knew it, he was asleep next to his brother.
A few minutes later, you were falling asleep thinking how your crush had kissed your cheek, and that maybe he liked you too. Maybe...

It was a beautiful new day, with a horrendous new adventure. Again, as a daughter of Apollo, you wake up with the sun. 'Thanks dad' you thought, while covering your face with the pillow, but you knew that the quest had too continue, so you got out of bed, and quickly took a shower. When you got out of the bathroom, Katie was already up.
"My turn" she said, and enter the bathroom. When she was inside she shouted, "Oh and you got to wake up the boys (Y/N)"
Waking up the boys was a not so pleasant experience. Why? Well because they were not morning persons, and we all now what things non morning persons could do. You thought for a minute how to wake them up until the perfect idea came to you. You opened the window and start singing 'Hello Sunshine'. Then, when they didn't wake up, you went to their bed and start jumping while singing way off tune and laughing.
"Wha-" a sleepy Travis said and then fell to the floor, where he continue sleeping. 'I will leave that one to Katie' you thought for yourself.
"Agh (Y/N), stop" a grumpy Connor said covering his face to block the light coming form the window. "Its like 5 am," he complained.
"Well, we need all the sunlight we can get to destroy the other monsterily thingies, and go to the next spot. Mexico remember? Candies?" You told him, and that convinced him.
"Okey, but you are going to pay for waking me like that" he said kinda angry, you just laughed. 30 minutes later, all of you were ready to live, you quickly got breakfast at the hotel's buffet, payed for your stay and lived.
Outside, the streets where as lonely as last night, probably because it was early in the morning. The four of you started walking towards the forest following the map. You and Connor were following Katie and Travis, whom were holding hands (or is it who? IDK grammar isn't my friend.)
"Are they dating?" You asked Connor.
"Not that I know, and I know many things" he said and winked.
"Yeah, sure" you replied.
"Let's find out" he said and then shouted "Hey guys! Nice hands!" They turn around, then looked at their hands, then blushed, and then pulled away.
"Yeah like if they hadn't notice" you muted. "They obviously like each other" you told Connor.
"Yep" he answered popping the 'p'.
"Ship?" You asked him.
"Ship" he affirmed.
"OTP?"
"OTP" he said, you laughed.
"Gods Connor we sound like Aphrodite" you said, he laughed.
You continued walking until you reached the forest. It was a really beautiful day, the sun was rising and you could see its light through the branches, the birds where singing and a soft breeze was flowing.
After walking for a few minutes, the forest was denser, and it was getting really hot.
"Where do we go now?" You asked Travis and Katie.
"I'm not so sure..." Katie said while turning the map up and down.
"That's probably why they needed two sons of Hermes for these." Travis said, and took the map form her.
After studying it for a few seconds he decided going east.
And you continued walking. You were getting really tired of this when Connor stopped.
"What?" You asked him.
"Shh" he placed his hand on your mouth, you pulled it away.
"What?" You asked again, now lower.
"I heard something, but its probably gone by now."
He continued walking, and then stoped again.
"There, did you hear it?" He asked, placing a hand on your shoulder as if protecting you. You looked around searching for something that could have made the sound, but everything was quiet.
"No," you told him. And then you heard a scream ahead of you, to be more specific: Katie's scream. You and Connor looked at each other shocked.
"Let's go" Connor quickly said, took your hand, and started running in their direction. Why he was holding your hand? You didn't knew, but you also didn't mind it. His hand was soft, and yours fit perfectly on his like two puzzle pieces molded perfectly, and not mentioning the sparks you felt... Okey I'm getting off track.
You arrived to see them tided by a snaky lady, which obviously was a monster, but you didn't knew the name of it. Her upper half was human, but not her lower, that was a snake tail. She had a belt with animal heads, and she was ugly, but I think that's a little obvious.
"Let them go" Connor shout at her, but she just laughed.
"Yeah as if" she said sarcastically and run away with them. Connor started running after them, but you stayed where you where and took out your bow. You searched for your target, rised  your arrow, and throw it at the lady's head, but somehow she opened a hole on the ground and disappeared with Connor and Katie, the arrow just flew and end up on a tree. You searched, tried to follow, tried to find a way tho save them, but they were gone. GONE.
And then you realized it, how could you have been so stupid? A warning had been given to you, and you hadn't noticed it. You had always thought that as a daughter of Apollo it was your responsibility to decipher prophecies, but you hadn't thought a lot about this one-
"Are you okey?" Connor asked you, while he sat on the ground. You must had had a grim expression, because he looked at you with a concern look. You sat on the floor next to him, and placed your head on you hands.
"Its my fault," you told him.
"Why would it be your fault?" He asked you while he placed a hand on your back, trying to confort you.
"It was all on the prophecy 'And on the land of the moon it will be devided by two' the forest is the land of the moon, because here is where Artemis, the goddess of the moon, is most of the time, and now it has been divided by two, because two of us where taken"
"It wasn't your fault" he said firmly.
"But know how are we going to rescue them?"
"Let's kill all the monsters, destroy their hideouts and rescue them" he said confidently. You looked at him and smiled. And then you remembered, Katie had the map.
"But Connor, how are we going to find the hideout if we don't have a map?"

Hi guys! Sorry for the ending of this chapter, I know it sucks. It has been like two weeks (or more) since I update. I'm really really sorry, tomorrow I'm going to be on a road trip so I'm going to have a lot of time to write!!!! AND IM GOING TO UPDATE SOON! *cheers*
