Girl in the Glass

The girl in the glass isn't the girl in life . The girl in the glass is the girl who used to be happy and pretty. The girl who used to be smart and strong. Now that girl is stuck in the glass. The girl outside the glass is a stranger who lost all hopes of happiness and ghostly, quiet, secretive, pale. She gave up on everything. She has everything she needs a perfect boyfriend a family who " cares " a beautiful dog. But she's still broken she's still in pain she's still lost. But she never shows it.  The girl has everything she needs in life. However she doesn't have herself. She hates herself so much it's killing her. Every time someone complements her she smiles but on the inside she crumples some more because she can't see the beauty that other people see. - Ta'lia G
