you held his hand tightly as you laid on the grass and just stared up at the night sky. the stars were so beautiful tonight, and the moon seemed to shine brighter than ever. you had a really good feeling.
"sometimes, i think about how the stars die, and makes me feel empty and powerless. death." he whispered the last part and continued to stare at the sky.
you turned your head to look at him,
"death is inevitable. nothing lasts forever, but worrying about these things will only make you depressed." you tried to comfort him.
"well, i guess you're right. but if forever exists, i want to spend it with you." he turned his head and looked deeply into your eyes. he leaned in to kiss you tenderly.
"i love you."
he whispered into your ear, his lips lingering on your earlobe as you blushed, this time a deep red shade.
"i love you too."
